I've never been at a live-theatre venue with such a shocking lack of respect for their patrons. During intermisson they drop a screen infront of the curtain and DISPLAY ADS TO THE AUDIENCE, not only do they want monetise every second of your attention -- since visiting recently to watch Operation Mincemeat they display AI-GENERATED ADS.
If that's the height of respect they hold for patrons and their performers, I hope they run out of business. Take your money somewhere that respects humans.
Oh, and doesn't charge £6 for Maltesers. I wonder why people aren't going to the theatre 🤔

Has a good and varied programme of events with excellent performances but always avoid if possible due to the overall experience impact. Don't enjoy the "architectural vision" foyer with curving stairs, cramped services and limited seating. And inside, the long rows are a pain (usually literally) and can't use phones to pay for refreshments (slow moving queues) because management won't invest in technology. And the real stupidity which gets me is having long queues afterwards to pay adjoining car park. Even though there is an evening rate until 6am you can't pay on arrival like other sensible venues because of a pathetic rule have to leave within 10 minutes. so always people who did pay stuck at the exit barrier talking to an uninterested faceless security who is assumed smirking at the queues because half the barriers are now blocked and people who queued to pay are now stuck again in longer queues to get out while they take as long as possible to let the poor motorist out. What idiot thought up this pathetic practice!!!

Excellent view from royal enclosure. Reasonably steeped seats. Thank Abba for the music are brilliant. Parking was a bit of a mare getting out and £5 for an ice cream is a bit much but overall really enjoyed ourselves.
