  Disappointed with the communication and customer service Really disappointed with how this was handled. I arrived at the theatre on 1st August for Burlesque The Musical, only to be told when I got there that the show wasn’t taking place. I understand that things happen, but finding out after I’d already travelled to the theatre was extremely frustrating. Since then, I’ve tried contacting them by email, online chat and trying to get through to someone on customer service, but I’ve struggled to get any clear answers or help. I’ve now rebooked for another date, but had very limited choice of seats by that point, and I’m also still trying to find out what I can do with the £15.36 remaining on my voucher. I’m not expecting everything to go perfectly, but I do think the communication and customer service could have been much better. Hopefully this can be improved going forward.

  I recently attended a performance at New Victoria Theatre in Woking, and I was impressed with the overall experience. The auditorium offers fantastic sightlines and clear acoustics, ensuring a great view and sound quality from most seats. ​The staff were welcoming, efficient, and well-organized, making entry and finding our seats smooth and hassle-free. ​The production value was outstanding, with impressive stage design and vibrant lighting that truly elevated the show. My only minor note is that the bar queues during the interval can get a bit long, so planning ahead is helpful. Overall, it is a wonderful local venue delivering good entertainment, and I look forward to returning for another show soon!

  Clean, nice, downsize would be the long queues at the bar and if you order drinks to your seat there are no beer choices, only wine and spirits, that was this evening at Ricky Gervais

  Absolutely amazing place. We have been here a few times. The disabled facility is great and not having to wait when you are anxious is fantastic. When we did occur a problem the manager was so helpful and sorted the problem out very quickly. They even senty husband and email to check all was good. I can't wait to watch the next show soon Thank you
