  Hi I have been to see fast and furious 25th anniversary today and I want to say thank you to all the staff they were very helpful and nice and a shout out to the girl collecting the tickets and the security guard sorry I didn't get there names. They made the visit very enjoyable I will be coming back soon thank you all xx🙂🙂

  It costs you an extra £1.50 for the privilege of simply buying a ticket in person at the cinema. Odeon's online booking system is clunky, antiquated and very frustrating. I don't think customers should be punished for avoiding this misery and simply buying tickets as we always have done. If cinema is to succeed in the world of home streaming, it must offer an excellent experience and an enjoyable evening out. If one can't even buy a ticket in person and perhaps have a nice chat with the cashier, and instead has to struggle through Odeon's awful website to visit an empty cinema, thanks but I'll take my custom elsewhere.

  I previously left feedback asking ODEON Guildford to bring more Malayalam and Indian movies, especially because there is a large Malayali and Indian community in Guildford, including many students from Kerala at the University of Surrey. ODEON Guildford kindly replied saying that they would take the suggestion into consideration, but unfortunately, I still don't see more Malayalam movies being shown here. I would really request the management to please reconsider this. There are many people in the local Malayali and Indian community who would be interested in watching these films, and even a few selected screenings could make a big difference. In particular, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit was released just yesterday and is receiving very positive reviews and a great response from audiences. Please consider adding some shows for this movie during the coming week, especially evening shows after 8 pm. I hope ODEON Guildford will listen to the local community and give Malayalam and other Indian films a fair opportunity. We would really appreciate seeing more of these movies at our local cinema rather than having to travel far to other cinemas.

  No air conditioning, which on its own is fine; these things happen, although it does look like it’s been out for a while. The bigger issue is how it was handled. Telling customers only after they’ve arrived, bought their tickets and paid for overpriced drinks and snacks feels pretty poor. Then offering room-temperature water in plastic cups, or a refund if you decide to leave, doesn’t really make up for it. It could have been handled so much better. Even something simple like offering free Coke, Sprite etc. with plenty of ice would at least have felt like a genuine attempt to make customers more comfortable. So step up, ODEON Guildford, and look after your customers. When something goes wrong, it’s the way you handle it that people remember.

  Our first trip to the cinema in a very long time was not what we had hoped. We were greeted by a member of staff telling us that there was no air conditioning for our viewing of a nearly 3 hour long film. It was a very hot day so this was bad news. There was water available in the foyer, and we were advised to see how we went for 30 minutes and we'd get a refund if not happy. It was very warm and stuffy but having made the effort to get there we started watching the film and we stuck it out to the end. The other feature that made it an unpleasant experience was the seats - not long at all before mine became seriously uncomfortable . And when using the toilets, the first one I went in had no working lock, the next a puddle on the floor from, presumably, a leaking pipe. All in all, a disappointing experience.
