  Unfortunately, my visit was spoilt by a group of young people talking throughout the movie. After asking them politely to stop, they resumed. I knew it was going to be an ongoing issue, which is why I decided to leave the cinema and go home. I didn’t want to constantly ask them to be quiet throughout a 3-hour movie! I can’t blame the cinema for their behaviour, but before I left, I asked a staff member at the ticket/entry desk to intervene since my partner stayed behind. She warmly assured me she would handle it, but my partner later told me no staff ever showed up. He had to ask them twice more before they finally left of their own accord. This was The Odyssey at 3:45 pm on August 15.

  Comfortable settings with recliner seats - always nice to visit with and without kids.

  Great to have a luxe cinema as our local but the venue is showing signs of wear and tear with seats coverings often damaged. There is a distinct lack of bins which means after leaving the theatre people take their rubbish and fill the bins quickly and then start leaving it on top and around bins. If you come out of a later showing bins and surfaces can already be full so there is nowhere to leave rubbish.

  I haven't been to ODEON Epsom for quite a long time and the seating has gone way out there and what I recall. Beautiful comfy chairs all recline and a refreshment table. Air conditioning was working well and just right. Highly recommend this venue

  I keep thinking about it, so I had to make a review. On the 1st. I had came in to watch spiderman (as probably everyone) and I was waiting in the front area for my order. It seems that staff there was dealing with some rowdy teenagers next to drinks area. One of the staff was talking about them not being allowed in, then I think a manager stepped in to help the worker as the boys were getting worse, so much that the manager instructed someone to call the police. The boy started to then shove the manager against the drink dispenser and then the boy threw a drink at the manager as he was finally walking out. Honestly, I can't imagine having to deal with that, but the manager and the workers did amazing job, and they were very brave. I hope they are OK, it seemed pretty intense.
