- EGeily geasyon5 days ago1.0awful service, rude customers, went to go watch other mommy, i was of age to watch the film, i then got told to find identification such as a passport when i was already in the cinema, tiah was incredibly rude and awful customer service, very nasty towards me and my friends, asked me to get identification that takes days to register for and get sent to have it in person, will not be coming back
- EPEdward ParsonsOct 7, 20261.0Me and my friend went to the digger movie today, screen two I have to say the air conditioning was very overpowering for me even with two coats on. All the staff are great but cold I can’t tolerate love to you all
- YFYasmin FergusonOct 7, 20265.0Izzy was exceptionally kind and went out of her way to be helpful when my sister and I took our mother to the Taunton Odeon cinema.
- TSTrevor ShortSep 17, 20264.0Not been for a while was surprised to see you had to use a machine to buy tickets rather than speak to a cashier, at my, age I couldn't get it to work then a very helpful young girl came over helped out the grumpy old man with such a lovely pleasant attitude and was so helpful and changed my view of the experience straight away, shame I did not get her name but she was brilliant and deserved a medal dealing with grumpy me😂. Great cinema and brilliant film "pressure"
