  Absolutely sick and tired of paying to see a film and people talking throughout, the last 3 times I have been to the odeon taunton I have struggled to hear for people talking, and this evening was even worse as the person near to me was making fun of a person with downs, no empathy at all.

  Not been for a while, but went to see the new spiderman film. A good cinema with plenty of parking. Would get 5 stars if they bring the price of the food and drink down.

  On a grandchildren outing... Staff very friendly and place clean BUT the volume at Paw Patrol was so loud that it was unpleasant and made me feel quite queasy and my ears are still ringing nearly 2 hours later. My wife went to Moana at the same time and it was the same. Why?

  I joined limitless this year, taunton is a good cinema I have nothing against it, but I have recently left limitless after 6 months because, despite me being polite and greeting staff as I passed for a film, one member was extremely rude to me while I was passing for a film. it disrupted my experience, I felt the need to leave the film and confront the member of staff as to why she was rude, she believed I was trying to flirt with her; I gave her a piece of my mind and told her to be polite as customers pass them. I have left limitless to avoid any other confrontations or awkwardness on other visits. It’s a shame, joining this cinema chain has lead to more disappointment than the films themself and hence, I have now lost a hobby due to a customer service misconduct. If you want a better experience maybe stick to a local vue or Cineworld.
