  We took our toddler for his first ever cinema experience today. We booked to see Super Mario. When we got in there, he was a little scared and said it was loud so asked to go outside. When we went out into the foyer Philip an Odeon employee saw our little one upset, i explained he was scared of the noise. So Philip went and got him some ear defenders. He was so kind and thoughtful which made Josh’s first experience a brilliant one. Josh loved the film and stayed for the whole time. Thanks to Philip for making it such a lovely experience.

  Excellent cinema with comfortable reclining chairs and rotating tables making it easy to place food and drinks whilst watching a film. One downside is the toilets are in the foyer, so quite a long trip from some of the further away screens meaning you miss more of a film when going to the toilet (unfortunately a necessity when attending with small children!) The deals on popcorn save a fair bit of money too. Definitely better than Cineworld.

  A Smooth Unfussy Movie Night ​If you're looking for a low stress cinema visit, this location delivers. The process from start to finish is seamless: you drive through the entry, collect your parking ticket, park with ease, and head straight inside. ​The overall experience was completely hassle free. While some past reviews mentioned negative customer service, my experience was entirely positive the staff member scanning tickets was straightforward and professional. Inside the theater. ( My only interaction was the gent scanning the tickets,) The sound levels were well balanced and comfortably tuned without feeling overbearing. When the film ends, you simply pay for your parking on the way out and drive off. ​It's a reliable, efficient spot for a solid movie experience. Trying to find my way out from the parking spot was quite tricky. Not sure if it's because I went at night. There were quite a few turns to get out of there.

  I read it was cold but I was absolutely boiling! The staff were lovely and the seating was comfortable but worn. Food is expensive. So be aware..5 goujons..a drink and some nachos were around £20 which can be expensive if you have a few people or kids..take your own food and drinks . There's also a disabled carpark on the right before you get to the barrier to park in the odeon carpark. Disabled is free parking. Travelled from Nottingham so handy to know

  The only additional star I put just for the quality of the reclining sets, and movies . The rest was just a no go for me and for a second this was my first ever Odeon Lux visit in Telford! As soon as we entered there was a literally pile of tickets from the ticket machine on the floor, staff didn’t even moved a finger to make the entrance presentable , which is a bit odd to me. I booked tickets online and pre ordered food , which in my eyes should be quicker and easier to get the food than those who didn’t right? Instead I first had to walk to the guy who scans the tickets to give me some sort of food code( that’s what I been told at the bar), went to the person, he said my code is not attached to the qr code , I had to find my email and at the end of this he said - your food already been collected … interesting by who!? So he said to me, I have to go back and speak to the bar staff and explain… came to the bar , they sorted two empty cups for soft drinks and large popcorn. If you can’t find m&ms on that shelve take something else from the shelve! Fine, ok, m&ms did run out so had to pick completely different priced snacks from what I ordered for… Let’s first say the soft drinks dispenser was stinking dirty, I mean dirty… when you press the ice pedal it stank like a dirty drainage….and drink was extremely watered down with fizzy water, so had to throw that away after first sip…not a sign of a Coke Zero. Popcorn is fake, coming in plastic bags, no popcorn dispensers, not freshly made, not coated with sugar or salt at all, tastes like a cardboard.. and excuse me but the price for the food vs. Quality what you get is nonsense. Only one positive thing I can say very comfy reclining seats! Toilets after the movie… so dirty and so smelly , is the staff not checking toilets during the movie show, so that toilets can be clean for people after the movie all??
