  This is my go to cinema in Sheffield. The seats are great, staff are all friendly and helpful and the screens themselves are generally on the ball. I go regularly, so inevitably encounter the occasional problem (Projection system going down and a power cut), on both occasions the staff instantly dealt with the situations the best they could and offered refunds or tickets for another show / day. Food & drink, inevitably for a cinema, is on the expensive side. However, I must say that the (relatively) new addition of pizzas to their menu is a revelation! They are one of the best pizzas I've had! It was an emergency situation that forced me to eat at the cinema one evening after work (usually eat across the road at Chinese Kitchen!), I chose the pizza but expected a cheap supermarket cardboard pizza! I was very pleasantly surprised to discover it was completely the opposite! The pizza base looks and tastes like it's been made by the very best Italian pizza makers!! So fresh and light! They are on the small size, but perfect for a quick snack before a movie!

  Below normal expectations for an Odeon... customer service and the actual screen were fine (6 if I remember correctly). But the smell of poorly managed damp was very off putting, and badly designed use of space (lots of corridors and stairs with lift access only apparent between some floors). Would suggest people visit the Showroom (5min walk) instead.

  Small screens but big seats. I was in screen 3 I personally don't think the premium seats at the back are better than the middle seats. The seats at the side on the front seem absolutely terrible. I personally would say for screen 3 the best seats are middle of b and c, then middle of a or d. I think the sides of a are not worth buying at all. And row e seems way over priced. Place was clean and tidy when I visited.
