A special shout out to Louise and Ben who welcomed us with professionalism, kindness, and wit. A real cinema experience. They care, and so should you. Get out of the house, and support movies of ALL types.

One of my favourite cinemas! The screens are clean and the seats are so comfy. I love the smaller audience vibe as it makes the experience more intimate and there’s less chance of people making noise. I have a membership and love going several times a month! Staff are always friendly and plenty of toilets too.

Great cinema experience – parking is the only real downside Visited a few weeks ago and had a great experience overall. The Luxe seats are really comfortable, the screens are great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Food, popcorn and everything else was good too. Really enjoyable cinema experience. The only major downside is the lack of customer parking. When you’re already paying for the full cinema experience, having to then spend around £15 on parking on top feels excessive and makes the overall visit considerably more expensive. It’s a shame because everything about the cinema itself was excellent. Some form of discounted or validated parking for cinema customers would make a huge difference. Would happily visit again – just wish the parking situation was better.

The seats the best thing about the whole place. When we was watching the movie it was choppy and kept cutting out, they eventually moved us into another room so we can watch the whole thing, the room was smaller and the screen was awkward to look at. The movie was was seeing had 4 special scenes but because they wanted to save on time they didn't show the 4th scene. We did get a partial refund If we stayed or if we left we got free tickets which was pretty good of them. Overall this was a bad experience and I'll stick to vue because it uses reels and not a steaming site for its movies.

We visited on a Saturday in September around 2.45/3pm .. We had never been to a luxe odeon before so we were really happy with everything we found ! The cinema is easy enough to find, next door to the old O2 and a stones throw away from town centre and a few minutes from the train station. We were greeted when we got in by the ticket guy and showed him the qr code for our pre-booked tickets. (Cinema screens seem to house around 50 seats possibly) We were really pleased to see so many food and drinks options .. toilets etc were really clean and corridors and stairs seemed well taken care of. Plenty of staff around for questions / cleaning up etc. we got to ourscreen (6) and were really amazed to find arm chairs with little tables and cup holders and THEY RECLINE!! You can watch the movie in ultimate comfort. It was great volume control during the movie a little warm but as a whole the screening experience was great in general.
