  Great staff and always good shows. Food and drinks are limited and expensive. This needs looking at. Balcony seets can be claustrophobic.

  Fantastic evening at the New Theatre Oxford! What a beautiful, classic theatre right in the heart of Oxford. Great location, easy to get to, and such a lovely atmosphere inside. Seats were comfortable with a good view of the stage from everywhere, staff were super friendly and helpful, and everything was very well organised. Bars were quick and not too overpriced for a theatre. The show itself was amazing, great sound and lighting. You can tell this is a top venue that attracts big West End productions. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend for a great night out in Oxford!

  Great theatre, disappointed by the priority bar access etc. The entrance was shut when we arrived and we had to ask at another entrance. The priority bar had less stock than the other bars including no ice cream, minimal snack options. Aside from the programme being included and a bit of extra space, i wouldn't say the price is justified. You still pay for drinks etc all at the same prices. All the theatre staff however in various roles were great. We had great seats in the stalls and the touring production of Dirty Dancing was fantastic. Great nearby parking and food options. Would happily visit again but probably would skip the Priority bit.

  Always has great shows but where they have seats that can be moved they are not the most stable! If someone in your sections moves you feel it! Seats also not on enough of a slant and are all directly behind one another so of your not at the front and someone tall is your view is limited of the stage.

  Went to see a show and sat in the upper circle. A lot of stairs to climb and the seating felt really steep, gave me a bit of vertigo. It was clean and functional. But it is an older style theatre. We used park and ride to get there which took the hassle out of finding parking near by.
