  A smaller cinema which has 2 or 3 screens. It’s always been clean and tidy when I’ve visited with friendly and helpful staff. I love that the cinema is wheelchair accessible.

  Actually quite decent, nice little seating area overlooking the car park if u are early, the screen was clear 👌 a beer was 7 quid and they had loads of snack choices. Had a good time

  Worst odeon I’ve been to, I usually go to Mansfield and tried Newark and I can honestly say never again. In one word small. Small screen, not many seats, uncomfortable neck position. My biggest issue is pay for parking! The car park is already tiny in size but the additional charge is ridiculous.

  It's a nice little cinema tucked away in the streets of Newark. I dislike big rowdy malls and shopping areas (geez I sound old) but this was quiet with plenty of parking on a Tuesday night. Very nice staff who seemed genuinely interested. Why 3 stars? Seats: do not pay for an upgrade in seating!!! They are terrible and hard and I was so uncomfortable. The normal seats looked better. Concessions: £4.29 for a small bottle of coke...outrageous. Just bring your own as their prices are unacceptable. (ps it was sugar free coke so therefore this wasn't a sugar-tax issue). Screen and sound: good. As you would expect from an Odeon. Would I recommend? Yes.

  The staff are so kind and helpful. I wanted to claim my free birthday treat ( large popcorn and large drink) before seeing “Sheep Detectives” but have the Xtras app on my iPad ( at home ) and not on my mobile (which I did have with me). The staff were very patient and accessed my details which took a few minutes and this may sound like standard customer service but it was the courteous way in which I was treated that was most impressive. I also got a handmade birthday card when I left and this really was above the call of duty.
