  First off, seats, picture quality and sound are outstanding. Negativea - if you don’t book online the price when you arrive is eye watering. Book in advance. Food far too expensive this day and age. Toilets dirty, stink and no soap in all 3 dispensers. After parting with my hard earned cash for a medium tub of sweet popcorn, I noticed that it was salted. Weird that there was a couple of pieces of sweet popcorn in there, but mainly salted. I questioned this with the young girl behind the counter. I’m all for recruiting and supporting young staff but she had an awful attitude and dismissed my comments by saying ‘no there’s nothing wrong with it’ and refused to change it. Her colleague stepped in. A young lad with great service skills. He said I was the second person to claim that the popcorn was mixed. He changed it and I was eventfully happy as I strolled off with my sweet popcorn to screen 9, to watch Spider-Man with my son with the hit of £21 for 2 regular drinks, 1 SWEET popcorn and small pick & mix + tickets just short of £50 😬

  Great cinema, seats, speakers and screens are high quality and especially the seats are really comfortable

  I am truly loving the trend of smaller screens with comfy seats and am so glad I got my season ticket for the year. The cinema is a pricey treat these days but the comfort at this Odeon worth that bit extra.

  Disaster!!! Booked £26 of tickets. Arrived NO popcorn. NO soft drinks. paid for peanut m&Ms and because of the ridiculous system to pay at the touch screen then go collect there were NO M&Ms !! Shocking!!! Worst cinema experience of my life and robbed on food for £19 more . £45 total for two people to experience the worst customer experience ever. Hilariously bad.

  The new automated system doesn't work. Not only is the interface too hard to navigate; it requires four or five staff members to assist the restless public in getting through it. If, like us, we wanted to pay separately, there is no option to do this. The food and drink options are so hard to explore we gave up. The staff are excellent but are being truly let down by the process. If I spend £50 pounds to see a movie I expect refreshments to be prepared for me, not for me to have to do it myself. We were absolutely let down by the experience today and won't be returning. If you want people to avoid streaming services and visit the cinema this is not the way to do it.
