  Visted on weds 20th with voucher and had issues with codes and Odeon website. After trying a few different options without success the voucher was still problematic. But would like to say a big thankyou to Bailey who quickly resolved the problem so we were able to watch film. A very clean and tidy Cimena with the staff we spoke to very helpful and friendly All in all a great experience. Thanks.

  Upon entering, very nice and clean and inviting. Had a coffee at Costa before the film started. The toilets are a little bit updated and I was sad to see the disabled toilets were locked with a radar key access only. I forgot mine! Anyway, I used the normal toilets, ok, sani bins rammed and overflowing and smelt a bit well you know, a bit toilety. Anyhow was told to order food on the pay by card screens as it would be quicker, but decided to stay in the queue as I have a neurological condition and screens and processing information isn't that great for me. Much to my disappointment and I was cross that I could only pay by cash at the counter, even though card machines were right next to me. I was forced to use the screen, a lovely lady helped me. Please, please be more disabled friendly and also, put signs up to say at the counter, it's cash only!!!!!!!!!!!! I queued up for 15 mins and got told I need to use the machine even though I really struggled to stand for that long. 😭😭😭

  Really good cinema place. Whole experience was great but tickets were a little pricy 😬. Worth the money.

  Abysmal service. Ordered 2 milkshakes via the screen. Went to collect and it became apparent that the 1 person serving did not have a clue how to make them - don't blame them as they've obviously not been shown, the ticket colleague came to help but still couldn't hack it. - And whilst doing so, there was no one else serving other customers that were waiting. We were becoming late for our showing and didn't want the milkshakes to be made incorrectly given how much they cost. So just decided to have a refund. No apology from even the manager - truly shocking, non existent service. Will be requesting a refund for the showing also given that we were late inside as a result of this!
