  I've been a Limitless member for a couple of months now and I'm tempted to cancel it. Staff are friendly but the toilets always seem dirty and smell bad. Half the food and drink items are out of stock every time I go. Security failed to intervene in two different films where the same disabled gentleman was making loud, unpleasant noises throughout the film. One poor lady was clearly distressed by the noises and left halfway during the film. He was with two carers who did absolutely nothing to intervene.

  They show films....I like to watch films. Its a fantastic combo. Ok more detail lol: The screens are great and the seats are really comfortable. The toilets are always clean and the staff are usually friendly. The only downside is the limitless.... I had to pay the extra for the more expensive sub as Norwich is a luxe cinema....but if I watch a film in the luxe suit I have to pay more.... and imax is more... limits on the limitless lol. So they lose a start *shrug*

  Odeon is our go to cinema, the seats are comfortable and roomy, recline back and put your feet up. Sound and picture quality is generally good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food and drink available. Wheelchair accessible entry and seating. Costa coffee is located to the left when you enter the cinema. There is a changing places toilet here too!!

  Apparently if you're special needs you are allowed to sit through a film making as many disgusting noises as possible and you don't get thrown out or asked to leave or be quiet, while ruining everyone else's cinema experience. Not the individuals fault but Odeon need to do something different as customers are paying for an experience they aren't getting.

  Absolutely disappointing. The screens and seating are excellent, but unfortunately the rest of the experience has been consistently poor. A few weeks ago, we visited and were informed that no hot food or tap drinks were available because the boiler was not working. We decided to give the cinema another chance, but on our return today, they had no salted popcorn available. During the film, I left briefly to purchase additional snacks. I waited at an unattended till while one till to my right was serving customers. There were four members of staff behind the counter, yet no one acknowledged me. One member of staff, Will, was nearby but did not make any attempt to assist. After a few moments, I made eye contact with him while he was standing behind a colleague who was serving customers. His response was, "There's a queue." I looked across to the other till and there was no queue. I replied, "Could this till not be used? The film is still running." His response was, "Oh... I guess I can." For the amount charged—around £30 for the tickets and another £30 on food—the overall experience falls well below expectations. While the screens themselves are excellent, the repeated stock issues and poor customer service make it difficult to justify returning. I'll be sticking with Vue in future, where the prices are similar but the overall experience is far better.
