  No AC or any airflow in the movie theatre it was so hot and uncomfortable.

  This cinema is fantastic this is the nearest cinema to me the recliners are comfortable but some of the screens can be small i would recommend watching a movie in Isense.

  Absolutely terrible ! Me and my partner were watching Michael Jackson and throughout the movie kids were shining torches and blasting out stupid noises out their phones and also having a wrestling match in front of the screen. Told a member of staff and they did absolutely nothing, and no check backs were done during the movie either ! Spoke to their online chatbot then it put me through to an advisor and they didn’t even offer me a refund just silly voucher codes. I will not be returning to the switch island branch or any others.

  I love this Odeon it’s really well run and everyone is super friendly. However last night when watching a film in screen 7 I think the projector needs a service or settings need adjusting as the film was very dark and darker scenes you lost almost all the definition in the picture it was just a black wash out. Again not a reflection on the staff as their all great it was just a bit disappointing as I felt like I missed parts in the film and struggled to see other bits due to the darkness of the picture.

  Loved it! The place was clean, friendly staff and very accommodating, as my friend was blind and he required audio description to enjoy the film.
