  Screens are ok but food counter staff are miserable and rude. Not to mention the RIP OFF food prices. I asked for a topping on my hot dog, was ignored and then looked at like an alien when I queried it. RUDE but happy to take your money!!

  Had a really bad experience from an employee in trafford centre odeon.The employees name is Muhammad ,he is a middle aged person and behaved very rude to me.People come for movies for enjoyment and these kind of people kill the mood.I visit the cinema really often and i always noticed him behaving bad to other people as-well. I have the odeon limitless and at this point i believe its not worth to have it because i feel like the money i am paying is someway making life for these kind of idiots who doesn't even know the meaning of customer service,I hope the odeon trafford centre team will see this review and make necessary actions to the behaviour of these kind of people

  The guy how was checking the ticket on 14-5-2025 at 7:50pm his behaviour to the costumers service was very bad and he didn’t allow the us to get, as well he want to see our passport .!! This very cheap and very shameful to us

  kaine in costa inside the odeon was lovely, went out of his way for every single customer despite being alone behind bar.had a smile on his face the entire time.

  Unless in the IMAX screen, there's not much legroom space. The trailers were painfully loud, to the point where we had to ask staff to turn the volume down. They explained that its too loud because some companies choose to have maximum volume. If they know this and know its going to be too loud, they should know to turn it down. The other movie I watched in the IMAX screen had popcorn all over my seat. I had to ask staff to clean it before the movie started. The seat was also torn and the foam cushioning was coming out. The AC was also not on so the room was really warm.
