  Came to get away from the heatwave and it was the most uncomfortable I have ever felt in a cinema, no air con, or atleast I couldn’t feel any. Not nice for your customers or your staff. Also I used loved coming here for the nostalgic feeling and all of that is now over run by the dirty and worn appearance. The toilets were disgusting and I struggled to find one that was minimally clean, locked or had toilet paper. This cinema used to be amazing and could still be good but I think today’s visit will be my last unless there is a serious improvement on the cleanliness and maintenance

  Staff were pleasant but sadly this cinema needs maintenance and a really good clean. It’s a shame as this is a wonderfully situated Cinema. I am not the first reviewer to say this. Stained, worn filthy seats. Ominous stains… to be honest. Screen 5 was so disgusting we did not want to sit in there so we left. Furthermore the seats were torn, the carpets very dirty. Why not get an upholstery cleaner to routinely keep the place sanitary. It was disappointing as we really wanted to see Backrooms.

  This is the worst Odeon cinema I’ve visited. The seats are in desperate need of replacement—they smell unpleasant and are in very poor condition. The overall cleanliness of the venue is also disappointing, with many areas appearing dirty and poorly maintained. The only positive aspect was the popcorn, which was fresh and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the condition of the cinema made for a very poor experience overall.

  Stained holey seats...the smell is unacceptable,stale and unwashed and the amount of junk underneath the seats on the floor is wild!! Do not drop anything ,you will contract something while retrieving it!! It's a shame because I go here because I love the old timey feeling...but it defo needs a mop

  Calm and enjoyable experience. Sound and picture quality were decent, and it wasn’t overcrowded. Finding the entrance from the car park to the was a bit of a challenge though, better signage after the elevator would help. The seats in our screen were also looking a bit worn, but that could just be that particular room. Overall, good enough for a film night out.
