  DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE IT IS UNSAFE AND THEY WILL BE EXPOSED TO EXPLICIT INDECENCY! Absolutely disgusting, needs to be shut down! I've visited this cinema when it was AMC, and it's genuinely disappointing to see how much it has deteriorated over the years. The cinema is incredibly neglected. The seats are tatty and worn torn and stained, the carpets are filthy, the toilets are in a poor state of repair and also dirty, and the whole place just looks so trashy. You feel dirty being in there During my most recent visit, the sound quality was absolutely dreadful It sounded like the film was playing through a sound bar. I had to lip read the actors because the dialogue was so muffled and unclear It genuinely sounded as though only one speaker was working, which made following the film incredibly difficult. To make matters worse, a couple sitting next to my sister and me began engaging in explicit sexual activity, including what appeared to be masturbation, during the screening. We were so uncomfortable that we had to leave. This combined with the terrible sound quality and poor condition of the premises, made this the worst cinema experience I have ever had. I contacted ODEON customer services afterwards, but unfortunately received little more than a generic apology and thanks for bringing the issues to their attention. I will never step foot in an ODEON again. DO NOT bring your children here they are at risk of being exposed to indecency. I was so livid I told my work colleagues, and my manager had the same experience of sexual activity! It might be a swingers meet up!

  OWES US MONEY – NOW COMPLETELY IGNORING US This venue advertised incorrect information online regarding discounted parking. After weeks of frustrating back-and-forth emails, they eventually admitted the mistake and confirmed that I would be refunded. Despite this, customer service has now stopped responding and is completely ignoring our messages. The cinema itself is also in a terrible state. There was no air conditioning, the screen glitched during the film, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The manager was of absolutely no help and showed no interest in resolving the issues. Save your money and go elsewhere. I would strongly advise against visiting this cinema.

  OWE ME MONEY - NOW IGNORING ME. This venue posted incorrect information online regarding discounted parking. After weeks of laborious emails, it was confirmed I would be refunded for their mistake. Now I am being ignored by customer service. The cinema itself is falling apart. No aircon, no sweet popcorn, screen glitched during film. Manager is completely useless. DO NOT GO.

  The building feels dated. The screen had marks on it. The chairs were okay but even the best seats available were comparable to standard chairs in a modern cinema and parking was nearly £17 for the three hours with no discount through the cinema.
