  Haven't even gone into the film yet. Deducting stars purely for the state of the toilets (girls). Half were blocked & unflushable with broken seats. Toilet paper and sweet wrappers all over the floor and then half of the sink taps were broken or falling off. Absolutely disgraceful when we've paid £25 each.

  Great experience watching The Odyssey, however Odeon's webpage I dictated that only 5 seats were available for my session of choice, when I'm reality there were more than 20 premium seats available. Curious how this influences (if at all) seat pricing models. Also, important to mention that when you buy an IMAX experience, you can only watch the 70mm C. Nolan's tape at VUE Printworls Manchester, the rest use Laser adjustment to fit their screens, but there is no mention to that point or price reduction - at least o couldn't find anything.

  Absolutely appalling went to watch the new spider-man movie only to have watched more adverts than the actual movie 10/15 minutes into the movie all the light come on to a member of staff asking everyone one to leave the cinema due to fire alarm not a problem the problem was the clear lack of information or instructions on how to proceed when at the fire point once there we all had to wait another 20 mins before a member of staff even to come out an explain what we should do from there in my opinion on something that large a scale you should have proper procedures in place and have the correct staffing in place to pass on the relevant information an for the price as well shocking definitely won’t be back

  Went before lunchtime on a Saturday so it was nice and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Saw The Odyssey in Imax and the screen was huge and the sound was hugerer! All of it great quality. Was a little expensive and I'm not really sold on the whole Imax thing, but those ('saver') recliner seats were almost as epic as the film. Really spacious and comfy with plenty of space, electric reclining back and leg support, plenty of space on the arms and with a handy try table with a cup holder. Super comfy even after 3 hours. Best cinema seats ever and almost worth the ticket price alone.

  Very disappointing experience at ODEON Trafford. Visited on Friday 7th August for the 9:30pm showing of Obsession in Screen 1. The temperature inside the cinema was absolutely unbearable — it felt well over 28°C and the air conditioning clearly wasn’t working. My wife reported the issue to staff before the film even started, and we were told it would be radioed through to the team. Despite this, nothing was done and the air conditioning remained off for the entire film. The screen was full, people were sweating throughout, and some were even taking their T-shirts off because of how hot it was. By the end of the film, I had developed a really bad headache, which completely ruined our evening. We then spoke to the manager, Jamie, along with another family who were also complaining about the same issue. The temperature was eventually checked and we were told it was 26°C. If that was the temperature when checked, I can only imagine how hot it was with a full cinema during the film. What made the experience even worse was the way the manager handled the complaint. I found Jamie to be very unprofessional and felt that the concerns of paying customers were not taken seriously. This could have been handled with a simple apology and some proper customer care. I expect much better from ODEON. Paying for a cinema experience should not mean sitting in an overheated screen for over two hours, sweating and leaving with a headache.
