  I normally go to Vue cinemas to watch movies,however this time i thought id give Odeon a go.Expensive to see a film here.Other cinemas have much cheaper tickets.Also paid for the V.I.P seats, which again,compared to other cinemas,werent as comfy or spacious. We parked in one of the car parks on the other side of the trafford centre(near the tram stop) but by the time the film ended,the trafford centre was all locked up inside,so we had to walk all the way around the outside to get back to the car.Probably won't come back here.

  Very old and dirty , the chairs are stained, worn out, and damaged.

  Filthy. Seats uncomfortable. Nearly froze to death because of the ac. Disappointing 😞

  Worst cinema experience. Paid for “luxury” seating however the recliner was terrible and the seats are tiny. Came into the cinema with no sound on the adverts and our movie started, with no sound. Then they figured out how to pause it 10 minutes in. The vue is a much better experience and will be going there next time. End of the day had to cancel our experience. Not impressed

  Popped in for a Saturday date night, and had a little trouble with our tickets being printed on the machine. It was sorted in less than five minutes by Kai, who was also more than happy to answer all our daft questions! He was an absolute gem, and a credit to Odeon. Thank you for making our night run smoothly!
