  Great theater -- very classic inside and out. Comfortable seats, easy to get in and out. A real bonus for the community. Saw the musical Barnum today -- it is very high energy with great singing, dancing, and gymnastics!!

  A great local theatre with a really great atmosphere. There's plenty of toilets and the staff were all so friendly. Leg room like most old theatres is a bit tight.

  ​I went to the Richmond Theatre to see the brilliant Nick Mohammed, and despite the blistering heatwave outside, the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. ​The Venue & Comfort: I was a bit apprehensive about being stuck in a packed theater during such hot weather, but the Richmond Theatre was incredibly comfortable. The temperature control was spot on—cool, fresh, and a very welcome relief from the baking sun outside. ​Cleanliness & Atmosphere: The theater itself was absolutely spotless. It’s a beautiful historic venue, and it's clear the team takes great pride in maintaining it. ​The Staff: A special shout-out to the staff, who were wonderfully helpful, welcoming, and efficient. Despite managing a full house in stifling external conditions, they kept everything moving smoothly with a smile.

  An amazing evening with Mr Swallow's latest Show Poney comedy show. Super helpful theatre staff and a wonderful local theatre vibe. And there were even ice creams available in the interval!!

  The train station, Richmond, is on the District line. That should help you. Leave the train station, cross over to the other side of the road, go through the alleyway, turn left, and you can't miss it. The theatre - the cheap seats. Uncomfortable with people constantly moving about. Not sure if the more expensive seats are better but I would pay the extra. The staff - everyone ok and friendly. As for The Shawshank Redemption - it doesn't work I'm afraid. I was so looking forward to this especially with a notable American actor but I didn't like it. It would be hard to get like the movie but I was glad when it was finished For £15 - you can't argue for 2 hours. I
