Performing Arts TheaterEvent Venue
The Harold Pinter Theatre opened in 1881 as the Royal Comedy Theatre and staged hugely successful shows, such as The Rocky Horror Show’s West End debut. The name changed in 2011 to The Harold Pinter Theatre in honour of Pinter’s work for the Comedy Theatre. The theatre recently produced Pinter at the Pinter, a series of one-act plays in celebration of Pinter himself.

Had an amazing time here. The staff was very friendly and informative. I was pretty much in the last row and still could see everything. Every seat is pretty good distributed. Small and cozy. Do recommend 🙂↕️

not sure if it was the theatres fault but the tickets were listed incorrectly on the website so i missed 30 minutes of the show which i had travelled to london to see which was very disappointing

We couldn't see anything going on on stage from our seats (D22 & D23 Royal Circle). The tickets to Romeo & Juliet said 'restricted view because of the double safety rail' but this was not the reason we couldn't see the action on the stage - the sight lines to the stage from these seats as average height women made the stage itself barely visible and after waiting and hoping that we might glimpse some of the action on stage, we left 20 minutes in as it was pointless. Ive been to plenty of other theatres with restricted view seats and it should mean that you are slightly restricted by a pillar or a pole - not that you wont be able to see 90% of the action on the stage. Harold Pinter Theatre should not be selling these seats for this play and i'd strongly avoid spending £73 on these seats like Ive sadly wasted, I reached to AGT tickets and they have refused a refund, I will not be returning to this theatre.

Show was fantastic and such a high calibre too in the cast. The theatre is very small and some area get really cramped. The staff were helpful and friendly and helped with my accessible needs

So disappointed in this theatre came to watch Romeo and Juliet in April hoping to see Sadie sink with my 11 year old son to be told that she wouldn't come out as it was to busy. We've been 4 times now and today me and my son were the only people waiting and she still said no!!! So sad my son was gutted 😭
