We were looked after by a lovely member of staff upon arrival (we believe their name was either Pam or Pat - apologies if wrong). My mother who is a walking stick user was cared for tremendously by them and they went above and beyond - thank you! Performance was amazing! The air con was also greatly appreciated on a warm day! Good theatre.
- RRRobin RussellJun 20, 20261.0I wear hearing aids and followed the guidelines shown on the website to download the appropriate app. When I arrived at the theatre I was told the wi fi wasn’t strong enough to support the app.I was given a head set which didn’t work despite me asking the staff. If you have a hearing problem the service the theatre provides is useless and well below what is commonly expected. I have tried emailing the theatre but their inbox is apparently full and cannot accept mail!!

It’s one hour and 50 minutes and it went by in a snap. I was completely immersed. It’s phenomenal. The theater is wonderful. It’s a beautiful venue and it’s small so you really really got such a wonderful experience.
