One issue we all noticed - there is a precarious walk to the bathroom down some narrow steps and the smell is awful even before you get to the bathroom. When you get to the bathroom you’re joined by a cleaner leaving his mop and sponges in/near the sink plus he’s always there (been there 3 times). Really not what you’d expect given the quality establishment upstairs!

High ceilings, wood everywhere, beautiful photos of times gone by with a nod to the “swinging London”, this former bank hits the mark with elegance and attentive service.
