  We went to see paddington, we booked the ambassador lounge with private service in an room of around 12 people, we were shown to our seats, lots of stairs but it is am old building, we were sat in row B, the musical itself was awesome and we met bonnie langford afterwards, the prices for the same seats have doubled (as we looked into taking the grandchildren) but its popular so its kind of expected

  Saw Paddington the Musical and had a wonderful night in the process. Grand circle well raked, with plenty of legroom. Gents loos fine, ladies very busy. Bar prices steep - £18 for a glass of Whisperimg Angel is punchy.

  When to see Paddington, absolutely loved it. Think it might be the best West end show I've ever seen. Such a beautiful feel good show. The theatre seats were comfy and actuallly had legroom, unlike so many theatres. And it was a lovely atmospheric place. My only possible criticism would be finding the ladies loos in the rabbit Warren of stairways, and the queue when you do actually find them. Luckily I have a decent bladder so just held it in.

  Watched Paddington the musical which was very good heart warming feel good production. Booked the hospitality which left a lot to be desired. Cramped room, poor bathroom facilities with one towel which was wet. Purchased memorbilla prior to performance and advised would be safe to leave in the hospitality room during the performance. On return found that items had been stolen as the room is opened up to all on exit. Then had to speak with the supervisor who advised this has happened many times! Never experienced theatre hospitality as bad as this on our many visits to London.

  Quite a small venue compared to some of the others. Quite a few steps to go up and down, cant comment on disabled access im afraid. Seats were comfortable. We sat in the stalls at one of the ends and had a great view of the stage. Staff were excellent as always and do have to put up with a lot from some visitors which they do with great patience. Saw Paddington. Audible gasps of delight when he first comes on. It is a proper musical, mostly sung. Great tunes, sound and band were brilliant. The show got better and better as it went along. Reminded me in parts of an amalgam of Wonka, Greatest Showman and others but still retained originality. Matinee almost full of older people. Very child friendly but some jokes children wouldnt understand just for the adults. At the end we both thought it was brilliant and would definitely go again with the grandchildren but beware there are a couple of loud bangs which will definitely make them jump.
