  Quite possibly the worst cinema I've been been to. Poor service, dirty, small screens, seats smell like cat pee. Will not be coming back

  Very average cinema experience, the speakers were broken in cinema two- it sounded very crackly like it was plugged in with a broken aux cable. Also no hand soap in the bathroom either. Very high prices for a flat and like warm Diet Coke too

  Upgraded lounge area is beautiful. Staff are so kind and welcoming. The cinema seats ate so comfortable

  Freezing cold cinema, had to endure listening to a woman with multiple children and a baby descend with a pram to the lower lowest seating area, when the film had already started. The children proceeded to make noise throughout the film, the child was sometimes crying, but the woman for some reason was constantly and I mean constantly throughout the movie wrestling through bags and packets. I believe she was having a picnic and bought food from home. I made a complaint to the staff and so did multiple other people as it was ruining our experience. A member of staff had a word with her but they told us there was “nothing we can do” when really she should have been ejected. when leaving we realised just how many people were absolutely horrified that this was allowed to happen during the film. I would also like to state the child was under the age of 12. The film itself was 12A and the film included domestic abuse.

  Decent. Could be cleaner. The building is old, needs renovation. Massive screen, that was a plus...but did not find it very comfortable.
