Misleading advertising. I paid extra for Premier Seats because Odeon claims they offer additional space and legroom. During the 5pm screening of The Odyssey, the legroom was so limited that both my partner and I were uncomfortable for the entire film. There appeared to be no difference between these seats and the regular ones. I would not pay for Premier Seats again.

I had a great experience at Oden Tottenham Court yesterday. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they actually make sure that you enjoy the cinema experience. In particular, Declan was very proactive and a huge help with our experience. He answered our questions and gave us a great overall experience. Will definitely come back in the future.

This would have been 5 stars as the place was clean and they staff were very polite. But you can tell they are being overworked and need more hands on deck. More waiting seats wouldn't go a miss either.

Such a disappointing cinema experience. I think its a crime to show the Odyssey in such a small crammed screen room. The sound system was poor and the seats although labeled “premium” had nothing to show for. Super crammed with no leg space, probably less space than a Ryanair flight. This Odeon should not cost the same as other newer cinemas. We went for my husband’s birthday, worst decision, such a letdown. The only saving grace was the people that worked there, they were lovely.

I came with a few friends from work and we all had the worst time in this cinema. Firstly the entry was disorganised, my friend was racially profiled while trying to enter with her friends, where the staff member wearing a spiderman mask asked her for her ticket, while her friends had gone through with her ticket. When she said she was with them, the man looked at them and said I dont think so, and one of the friends had to come back and get her.
Secondly, once in the screen, it was so incredibly hot, mine and my friend's fan was not helping, we were sweating and uncomfortablefor 3 hours straight, the seats were so tightly crammed and I could barely see over the guy in front of me's head. One of my friends couldn't do anything but focus on getting through the pain from not being able to move her legs anywhere and she didn't want to get up to disturb people behind us.
And the price? £20 for a ticket in this absolute hell, I get that it's odeon, but odeon needs to do way better. Even with my discounted ticket for £10 I would never pay it again.
THEN, my friend had to come late and they wouldn't let him in because 'it would disturb everyone in the cinema and people would leave negative reviews if you go in', I've never heard this rule in any cinema I've been in. Bear in mind, we were 2nd row at the back, and the people behind us were our friends, and when this was said, he was still refused. What's the difference than if someone went toilet and back?
Just a horrible venue and can't ever imagine having a good experience here.
