  Cancelled our screening at short notice and refused to refund us in full. We got an email less than an hour before the start time, and after we'd already travelled into the area, telling us the screening had been cancelled due to "a technical error". We'd booked using vouchers we'd bought specifically for the screening. Odeon refunded us the upgrade fees we'd had to pay on top of the vouchers, but refused to refund the cost of the vouchers. Fortunately we were able to book tickets to the same film at the nearby Vue Piccadilly. This was cheaper than the Odeon had been, even with the vouchers, and still had a great screen and seats. And most importantly, no technical issues.

  One of the best cinemas in London for an overall solid experience that does exceptionally well in every catagory: sound, comfort, and screen quality. To start off the sound is amazing. It's very loud but not so loud like Odeon LSQ, and super clear that the dialogue does not get muddied out in the action scenes. For comfort, the reclining seats recline a good way back and are very comfortable with plenty of leg room. And last but not least is the stunning screen: it is not the biggest in London (that would be the BFI) but for the size of the auditorium it feels big as it stretches from floor to ceiling. The colours, brightness and overall quality is where it really shines. I also did watch the Odyssey in 70mm at Odeon LSQ and I would honestly choose to watch it at West End over their premiere cinema. I sat in Row D and it was perfect but the great thing is all the seats are good, even front row given the distance the seats sit from the screen (see picture). So book any seat and enjoy.

  Tolles Kino mit super bequemen Sesseln und freundlichen Personal. Mega Atmosphäre mit den großen Bildschirm. Absolut empfehlenswert trotz den etwas höheren Preis.

  Premium feel, lovely recliner seating. Unfortunately, the screen had technical issues so the movie started over an hour late, which wasn't good. However the staff kept us updated and eventually fixed the issues, and handed out free popcorn. Good visuals, one of the nicer screens in London. Has 5g signal even though it's fairly deep underground.

  Extremely helpful and kind staff and management. Three of my party of six friends let me down and they kindly exchanged their tickets for vouchers. Unexpected result and a great experience at my favourite cinema. Thank you for your kindness!
