Amazing cinema I used limitless pass to watch 2 movies here and now it’s gonna be my main cinema if there’s space available. They have recliner chairs so you can lean back with your legs up while watching the movie and they have a moving table if you want to put your food somewhere that doesn’t get in your way.

I made a silly mistake today, I booked my film at the wrong time. But I went to odeon today and went to the front desk on basement 4 and Amanda helped me refund my ticket and selected the right time for me and new seats (worked out cheaper too!) Amanda was lovely, patient and friendly throughout the process and made the process smooth and easy too. Thank you so much Amanda, hope you have a great rest of your week :)

Massive thank you to the friendly staff at Odeon West End, especially to Chris who I spoke with! I travelled from Norwich on 23rd May because I'd seen the Mandalorian film on the morning but was gutted all of the merch had been sold out, so made a crazy decision to drive to London to get the merch after seeing it was in stock there. The staff were so friendly and attentive, thank you again 🙂

Visited this cinema twice before but this will be our last.
The down escalators were both out of service. The sad member of staff at the front entrance made no mention of it and just ushered us inside without providing an alternative/lift service - if there was one.
The staff behind the kiosk was rude lecturing me on how to order my prepaid food using the app "next time". He made it seem like he was informing me of some sort of a house rule despite the email link failing to open due to poor Internet connection. Another member of staff was easily able to open my order by scanning the QR code on my digital ticket. His advice seemed to come from a place of frustration rather than a benign value added customer service information.
Finally, during the movie a patron with what appeared to be alcoholic beverage attempted to click his fingers and "sushh" my 14 year old child for whispering. No idea where that came from but he ran for the door as the end credits came up as I wanted a word.
Seats G9/G10 need some grease because they squeak whilst adjusting.
The only saving grace for this cinema is the sound quality.
When you pay a premium price for a central London cinema, you expect a premium service but standards have clearly dropped from my previous visits to this cinema. The equipment are malfunctioning and the customer service and attitude need serious adjustment.
We won't be returning to Odeon Luxe West End.
