  Not been to many cinemas but by far the best one I’ve been to so far , nice reclining seats, big screen, nice view from seats G6/7 and great customer service from all the staff, definitely will be back soon! ( screen 1 experience)

  Brilliant staff. We went to see spiderman, the recliner seats were very comfy. Unfortunately we were sat next to three very disruptive boys. When I complained to the staff, Cavell and Ashia acted quickly and professionally to remove them from the cinema without distracting other viewers from the film. They made our experience so much better.

  I came here really excited to watch the new Spider-Man, but the experience was disappointing from the start. When I arrived, I was met with an enormous queue, and the staff were moving at a snails pace. By the time I finally reached the front, I ordered two hot dogs, only to be told there was “only one left at the moment.” I thought, fair enough, I’ll have the one now and come back in 15 minutes for the second. When I returned, they told me it would be another 20 minutes, without so much as an apology. I genuinely don’t understand why it was taking so long. How does a cinema showing one of the biggest films of the year manage to run out of hot dogs? As a result, my stomach was rumbling throughout the entire film, which rather diminished the experience. To make matters worse, the screen was also surprisingly cold. Overall, a very underwhelming visit that could have been avoided with better organisation and a little more consideration for customers.

  Terribly overpriced at £25 for an adult ticket, screen is pretty small especially if you sit at the back. The service at the front was slow and none of the drink taps were working. The bathrooms were very dirty/ hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Lastly the cinema didn’t have any air conditioning so spent the entire movie sweating on the leather recliners. Definitely won’t come back

  I am usually a Vue customer but thought I'd treat myself to a 'Luxe' experience for my favourite series Spider-Man. I am sad to say after this overpriced and disappointing experience I will not be returning as it did not meet the Luxe standard in any form. The AC was not working in the cinema on a nearly 30 degree day and the staff working the desk were quite unhelpful. The men spoke rudely to customers who were just trying to make an enquiry and instead of listening to the polite requests, they assumed what they were going to say and spoke loudly over the top of them. To top it off the popcorn was cold and it was not worth the over 50 pounds price tag for my partner and I.
