  On 20 June, when we entered the cinema the staff told us there's no AC in screen 2 which we visited. This is unacceptable in the so called 'LUXE' cinema on a hot day. They didn't offer any compensation either. The experience was unpleasant and some people left during the screening.

  This is usually my favourite cinema but I went yesterday and we were in screen 2, the aircon was broken so it was uncomfortably hot, there were flies in the room flying around and landing on the screen, and a couple trapped in the projector so there was occasionally the massive shadow of a fly crawling around on the screen which was really distracting, the room also stank? I wouldn't go back if the film was in screen 2. The staff were as always really nice.

  my friends and i went here to watch 2 movies last night. screen 4 was perfectly fine, but screen 2 had no air conditioning & there were bugs (flies) inside the theatre. it was quite annoying since the bugs would often fly into the screen or right in front of the projector, blocking a view of the movie. i really hope the cinema is able to fix screen 2's issues so that other guests don't have the same experience. despite this, i would like to commend staff as they were very accommodating & friendly. we were able to discuss with one particular staff member about the issues with screen 2, & he was very engaged & willing to help fix the issue.

  Visited this Odeon for a screening of Obsession. Staff were very friendly and polite upon entry and interacted really nicely with us. In particular, the female member of staff was very chatty and smiley. We were in Screen 4. The screens do feel a bit different to other LUXE cinemas we have visited in other cities, and sadly the foot area on the recliner seats only goes up very little. The screen itself does feel a bit small, but the sound was okay. We were sat at the end of the aisle. We did have a rodent issue as we spotted a mouse running up and down the staircase. After a second sighting, I went to inform one of the staff who was very polite and accommodating about the situation. She explained that her manager is aware, but we do feel perhaps the manager needs to resolve this issue before allowing guests to visit the cinema.
