They've got the Hard product right, but the Soft product really misses the mark. The booking experience, for one, is not as seamless as other chains that I'm used to. I'm a Curzon enjoyer but I bought the Odeon Limitless+ to experience their offering. The first impressions weren't good, and the F&B offerings just miss the mark. It doesn't feel inviting and accommodating. The recliners are great, sure, but the screen (Screen 1 at least) is a tad too tiny and the vibe just doesn't scream premium.
I'm in 2 minds whether the Limitless+ is worth keeping (especially with their recent changes lol), but the Haymarket venue is largely ok at best.

Starting off by saying that this is a great location and the staff are genuinely lovely, they are always friendly, welcoming and smiley.
However, as an ODEON Limitless Plus member and a frequent cinema-goer. I used to visit ODEON Haymarket regularly, but unfortunately, I haven't had many good experiences there lately.
I really feel this cinema is in desperate need of renovation. The air conditioning doesn't work properly in some of the screens, and there is often a musty, stale smell that makes the experience quite unpleasant. Some seats are also broken. Most importantly, I really think the projectors need to be re-calibrated.
Compared with other Luxe cinemas, I definitely wouldn't describe this one as such. Judging by some of the other reviews here, these issues don't seem to be looked into, apart from people being given generic responses, this doesn't really give much confidence that action is being taken to address them. That's a shame because with some investment and refurbishment, this could be a much better cinema experience.

Stop calling this a Cinema. I paid 25£ for a seat and the experience was maybe slightly better than what I would've got in my living room. I watched The Odyssey at Screen 1. Extremely tiny screen. I was in the last row, the ceiling is so low for the last three rows it almost blocks the already small view.
The toilets are INSIDE the cinema hall, right next to the screen. Everytime someone got up it was so annoying. The light from the toilet hallway was straight onto the screen if someone leaves the doors open, some kind person got up and closed that door.
Sound quality was average at the best.
If you do decide to go hear, choose the row closest to the screen to get something out of it. But I would rather stay home. Because this was a recliner in someone's large living room, not a LUXE.

Had an incredibly subpar experience at Odeon Haymarket recently. We paid around £55 for two “Luxe” tickets, yet there was no ice or still water available at the concession stand. We then had to wait over 30 minutes past the scheduled screening time for the screen to be ready, with nowhere to wait, so everyone was crammed by the entrance.
Inside, the screen itself was tiny + being a long, narrow room, the view from the back was poor. The only positive was that the seats were comfortable
For the price and the “Luxe” branding, this fell way short of expectations. I’d stick to paying regular price at Vue over this, anyday.

Went to the Odeon in Haymarket last night and we were in screen 2. The staff were lovely and friendly but I’m really quite shocked at the poor facilities and standard of the cinema. I haven’t been to that particular Odeon in years but I don’t remember it ever being in disrepair. For the price you charge for tickets and the location it is unacceptable for the venue to be so run down. The recliners were awful, looked worn and felt cheap, dated and did not work smoothly. And there were loud fans/air con during the film. I usually go to the VUE in Purley and the recliners there are much higher quality, the venue is clean and not run down and it’s less than half the price of the Odeon Haymarket. My local Odeon in Streatham is also much nicer. You need to invest and renovate the cinema and screens because its not acceptable as it is.
