  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had such a great experience at Luxe & Dine Islington! 🍿✨ The cinema was lovely, comfortable and had such a nice atmosphere. A special shoutout to Achwak & Sumaiya — they were both so friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. They made sure we were well looked after and genuinely made the experience even better. The service was amazing, and it’s clear they really care about making customers feel comfortable and valued. Definitely recommend Luxe & Dine, and I’ll absolutely be coming back! ❤️

  I just wanted to leave a review because the customer service I received from Sumaiya at ODEON was genuinely excellent. She was so friendly, helpful and more than happy to assist me with my booking. I was really impressed by how welcoming and helpful she was. It was such a great experience that I felt I had to come on here and say thank you. Really appreciated it! Shoutout to Sumaiya!!

  Seats are fine but once the film started we weren’t able to buy any drinks. Why spend so much on tickets? I emailed customer service and they replied after 6 weeks and basically shrugged. Everyman and Picturehouse are far better!

  Not a great experience- the app doesn’t work and the service is slow - we had to go out of the cinema twice to ask where our popcorn was (both times to be told ‘oh it’s on it’s way’ and it wasn’t..)

  Really bad experience at the cinema today. We book tickets to celebrate a special ocasion and i decide to order some drink and food from the kitchen at the counter. We order our food at 3:20pm the movie started at 3:30pm. Around 3:50pm the food still did not arrive so my partner go outside ask why the long wait and they told him they will have a look into it. At 4:15 a member of staff come told us that they took this long because we order a vegan burguer and the food will come in 5 min. I dont believe a vegan burguer take 1h to cook and if it does u shoudnt offer this option or u should inform people. When i try to ask the staff how is possible she completely dismiss me and left. We didnt had any apology or any explanation. Really ruin the mood and the experience. Felt a bit disrespected. Not coming back
