  Totally waste of time and money . Dirty sitting area , No hygiene, staff is using mobile all the time , manager don't know what ths staff is doing , she is just ignoring .seats are dirty when ever I visit there , staff are just talking with each other and people are waiting for the tickets to be scanned at the entrance but the staff is standing somewhere else talking to his colleague .

  Was nice and quiet at the time I went, which definitely helped with the fast service. The place was very clean. Also being able to park for free and there being plenty of space helps a lot. Not really able to comment on the condition of the toilets as I've never needed to use them any time I've come here

  One of the best cinemas around, plenty parking loads of screens. Has a bar and sells food/snacks/sweets. Preety clean compared to Vues and cineworlds ive visited. Highly recommend this as has restaurants in the complex so can enjoy a meal before or after the movie. Free parking for certain amount of time aswell which is bonus.

  I am writing to complain about the disappointing experience my family and I had today when we booked tickets to watch Spider-Man at 16:40. When we arrived and went to scan our tickets, we were only then informed that there was an issue with the projector. We were told that we would have to wait until 17:15 because they were unsure whether the problem could be fixed. We waited because we were excited to watch the film, only to eventually be told that the issue could not be resolved. We then had to queue again to rearrange our booking and were refunded for our original tickets. While I appreciate receiving the refund, the whole situation was extremely inconvenient and disappointing, particularly because we were not informed about the problem before arriving at the cinema. As a customer, I feel that this situation could have been handled much better. Given the inconvenience, the time we spent waiting, and the disappointment caused to my family, I believe it would have been fair and appropriate for the cinema to provide a refund as well as complimentary tickets to compensate us for the experience. This was completely outside our control and was not caused by anything on our part. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and consider offering appropriate compensation as a gesture of goodwill. I would also appreciate an explanation of how situations like this are handled, particularly when customers are not notified in advance of technical issues affecting their screening.   Never have I been compelled to write a review about a cinema, but having spend nearly £50 to see The Odyssey yesterday, I had to write this. This cinema is genuinely gross - bins were overflowing (we were there at 5pm, so hate to think what it looked like at the end of the day), the floors covered in litter and food, whilst the moody staff stand around chatting avoiding customers at all costs and didn’t think to sweep the floor. The toilets genuinely smelt worse than a festival toilet and there was hair absolutely everywhere (so strange). The recliner chairs were creaking, and the speakers sounded like they were blown out and crackling during the war scenes. I would advise you spend your cinema money literally anywhere else - nothing Luxe about it…
