  It was one of the best theatre experiences that I have ever seen. I can't wait to bring my partner to see this theatre. It was amazing, heartbreaking, joyful and had a twist. Everyone was so welcoming and kind all the way from greetings, security, house staff to bar staff. The cast was amazing and soooo talented!

  I can't even begin to express how amazing this was. I am still trying to wrap my head around the absolute experience. If you can, go. No questions asked, throw your money at them. The venue is incredible, the performance was so impeccable you forget it's a performance. I cannot go on enough about how brilliant the entire experience was.

  An absolutely fabulous experience. The venue is easy to reach, right next to charing cross station. Very unique stage, with seating all around. Get to the venue early to enjoy the pre show entertainment that happens at the bars . A complimentary shot of schnapps as you enter to complete the immersive experience. If you get the tables ( which are worth the price) then you might get a call from one of the cast members on the phone at the table and you might be asked to join them on stage during the interval!I saw Sarah Hyland's performance, which was quite a revelation,but what makes this show perfect is the ensemble cast They make everyone feel like they are in Berlin experiencing the joy of a bohemian world that is slowly moving towards darkness. Do go even if you are on a short trip or vacation for loads of fun and entertainment!

  Oh my dayz!. Was so excited, was looking forward to seeing Cabaret@kitkat so much!. Waited so long for the opportunity to arise only to not only be sorely disappointed but left quite subdued. If you're expecting a homage to the Iconic film starring Liza minnelli, well it couldn't be so far removed. It said in the synopsis not suitable for under 13's, I wouldn't take an under 16!. Between doing unmentionable things with all sorts of items to references(ie a love song to a orangutan live on stage)to beastiality, I was left quite stunned. Don't get me wrong I'm not a prude but when you are under the assumption of expecting one thing and end up with a crude substitute, one was not amused. Maybe the company should think about putting a warning in the synopsis about what to expect, because both myself and my friend agreed neither of us would have wasted money on train fares, tickets and time on what we had to endure.🫣

  It’s not a traditional cabaret 100%. Don’t get me wrong - i was genuinely excited to visit this show. I waited almost a year, watched for good seats, and finally bought great tickets because everyone I knew seemed to be absolutely amazed by it. BUT my opinion is very different. I was expecting a vibrant, glamorous cabaret: funny, energetic, joyful, with iconic dancers in a line kicking their legs, can-can, dazzling costumes, and that irresistible feeling of celebration, but not. Instead, only the beginning has a touch of cabaret. The rest is essentially a musical / theater play built around a very sad sad story set in Berlin during the rise of Nazism... The plot follows an American writer who arrives in Berlin to finish his novel. He falls in love (coincidentally) with the club’s main performer. She becomes pregnant and later chooses to end the pregnancy in order to return to the stage. I didnot get the conclusion or a message for the audience. Is the cabaré girls cannot live normal life because it’s not funny enough without applauses the guests of cabaré… not sure. Very heavy. while another storyline follows an older German woman forced to break off her engagement to the Jewish man she loves as Nazi persecution begins. It’s well performed, but also heavy feelings I got feeling of heavy moment of the life in Berlin on that epoch, that everyone got crushed and it’s frustrating.. so we left with a sad aftertaste, not with the excitement or happiness I associate with cabaret. The host was absolutely outstanding is charismatic, magnetic, and together with the lighting and live music he created the strongest moments of the evening 👌 And the venue is spectacular. I had never been to a cabaret theatre before, and the circular seating with the stage in the center creates a truly immersive experience. The orchestra and musicians are beautifully integrated into the performance, and visually it’s stunning If you’re looking for a fine musical/play, this is a nice production. But if you’re expecting a classic, joyful cabaret show, your expectations may not match reality, just as mine didn’t. It’s forbidden to make photos or video and you get a sticker to cover the camera on the phone
