  Operation Mincemeat was a fantastic musical and take my hat off to the the performers and supporting team, I would definitely see this musical again, however it would probably need to be from a Box, or if the musical ever goes on tour as the Fortune Theatre is not designed for any one over 6 foot, I was sat at the end of a row in the dress circle and not sure I would have been able to sit in a seat further down the row, had to have one leg out to the side and the other tucked under my seat, I noticed that a few other tall gents in front we equally contorting themselves. Again a fantastic show and I would hight recommend it.

  Ich kann dieses Theater nicht empfehlen. Das bezieht sich nicht auf das angesehene Stück (Operation Mincemeat) sondern auf die Sitze. Ich bin 1,84 gross, meine Frau ist 1,68. Beide wussten wir nicht wie wir sitzen sollen, da die Bestuhlung so eng ist. Wir sind nach dem ersten Akt gegangen, aber nicht weil das Stück so schlecht war, einfach weil wir nicht mehr sitzen konnten. Absolut kein Sitzkomfort, werden dieses Theater nicht mehr besuchen.

  Great seats in a comfortable theater. We were in the Dress Circle first balacony) and could see & hear perfectly. We would return again.

  The musical was outstanding !!! The problem was that the hughest widebody in the theatre sat in front of me. I was sitting in seat 11, row H. And no one was sitting in row F in front of him. The management should not allow this to happen if it were observant. Thank goodness that my wife and our granddaughter, who is studying in London, could see.

  Although this production plays a little loose with the historical facts, it is a totally watchable show, and I would go back again. On my visit there were 5 in the cast and they were worked very hard portraying the many different characters which must be very tiring. However, the show was fantastic with some great music, and very well written songs. The theatre though is a not the best and is very 1930's. Go to the toilet before you arrive as the facilities are a little lacking. Don't arrive too early as front of house is tiny. I was able to get a seat in a box on a less expensive ticket as I surmised leg room in the Circles maybe limited, which from several comments I heard was the case. Front of House staff were very polite and courteous which isn't always the case in the West End. My recommendation, go and see this show, you will love it!
