  Venue brilliant. Staff kind, helpful and polite. However, staff not effective enough in removing disruptive audience members. Second half of show delayed significantly because of this.

  Went to see Wicked and the experience was phenomenal. Easy to get to right outside Victoria station. Very clean, comfortable seats. If your seats are further away they have binoculars to rent for £1. Food and drink are quite pricey but all theatres are. On the ATG app you can pre order your drinks or snacks to your seat before the show and during the interval. The toilet queue gets very long during the interval I suggest try and time it to leave just before the actual interval to avoid the queues. Luckily enough we were front row seats and the toilets were close by. You can bring your own cold snacks and non alcoholic beverages but no glass.

  Amazing venue. They even had booster seats for my daughter who is pettite and would struggle to see the performance from the "non-boosted" seat. The venue is very clean. The seats are comfortable. If you have longer legs there is not enough room when seated in rows with other in front of you, so opt for front rows.

  This theater is so desperately gorgeous. Seats are more comfortable than average with enough space to actually breathe. Decor and lighting throughout each section of the theater make for a thrilling and immersive experience. Completely geeked out over the “No Good Deed” Elphaba costume and “Ozdust Ball” Glinda dress on display. Must’ve stood in front of them and stared for ages. The staff was really great. Bartenders, ushers, and merch/stall operators really feed into the excitement of the theatre-going experience. And, of course, the show was wonderful. Love the rush option which made it all so affordable. The cast was stellar and every technical element was expertly executed. It’s really cute seeing how excited people are to be in this theater, seeing this show.

  TL;DR - Went to see Wicked. Amazing show, inept staff! Went to see Wicked with the family on the Sunday matinée (13/09/2026). Sadly the overall theatre experience left a lot to be desired: - Auditorium not open with a very busy foyer and nowhere to sit. - Stalls bar refusing to serve drinks with plenty of time before the show started. - Staff barging past customers rather than politely letting them go first. But, the pièce de résistance? At the end of show, I'd tidied up some litter from where we were sat, and asked the member of staff at the exit if they could assist me with the disposal. Rather than politely obliging, she replied, "there is a bin outside" (Eastern European accent, front left exit - for reference of management if required). I left the rubbish with her regardless. After paying hundreds of pounds to attend the performance, and then extortionate prices for the drinks, I'd expect better service! Shame for the front of house team to take the shine off the dazzling performance!
