Please be mindful of others it’s night and ac was on during the full duration of the movie I was so cold the whole time, i understand it’s hot however having the air conditioning on for full time is bit excessive when you could’ve turned it on for a bit then off, it was literally cold like a freezer and I was shivering the whole time

I saw a movie today at 8.50pm and it was freezing cold!!! They had the AC on during the entire movie. I could see the people in front of me were affected too. I'd reccommend to layer up otherwise you will just shiver and it ruins the whole experience.

I can’t stand one of the workers, with the big beard! Every time I come to the cinema he makes me feel uncomfortable and ruins the experience. Honestly, I’m just trying to watch a movie, why does he act like he’s TSA and it’s that serious when it comes to looking at the pictures on my odeon card. I’ve been a member for years. This is my local cinema. I never have issues with anyone else. He’s ruining my cinema experience. I can’t be the only one who’s experienced this, and it’s feeling racially motivated.

It was FREEZING. Air conditioning was pumping arctic air with temperatures so low it was very uncomfortable. Despite having jackets, The temperature inside the screen (6) was so low after screening that, I would say think again if you are taking little children with you.
Male Toilet were very dirty and urinals had backed up with awful smell.

I do enjoy visiting this Odeon Luxe and have been here on several occasions. While it is definitely more expensive than some other cinemas, you can see where some of that extra cost goes.
The seats are incredibly comfortable and make a huge difference to the overall viewing experience. Being able to sit back and relax in a spacious reclining seat really adds a touch of luxury that you don't always get at other cinemas.
The food and drink options are good, although they are slightly overpriced, which is fairly typical for most cinemas. It's something I've come to expect rather than something specific to this venue.
Overall, while it's not the cheapest cinema experience, the comfort, facilities, and overall atmosphere make it worth considering for a special trip to the movies. I would happily visit again.
