Quite smart in the IMax the queing was a bit chaotic,I think this was down to carding the younger viewers. They may have to come up with a more streamlined method

tasha is a rude worker, she harshly declined entry when we spoke with the utmost respect, she asked for ID and my friend presented his and she declined it. i told her l would be getting a refund for the film, and she sarcastically laughed and said “yeah, do that.” it felt very rude and targeted. Scott was a lovely man who helped me and my friends refund our tickets, very informative and polite. We are not happy with how we were treated by Tasha. We spoke with others and they agreed. Poor treatment. She let multiple women in who said they didn’t have ID so this feels incredibly unjust.

You guys reallly need to check your screens while the movies are on cause that 8:40 screening of obsession was the worst experience I’ve ever had, the movie was great but I couldn’t enjoy it to its full potential. I’m a limitless owner and have been over 100 times I love it there but the fact these people can come and ruin the experience for people who want to just sit and watch is really disappointing. I don’t want to leave the cinema to tell you guys cause that’s not fair, plus I doubt the team would really do anything, please for your loyal members do Better

2nd time there, not sure I enjoy that cinema, the sound lacks bass and it disturbed me the same way both times, it’s as if they didn’t connect half of the subwoofers…. The mids and treble however seem too high. On the other note parking in Kingston is a bit of a pain, there is no parking in Odeon’s building and parkings are all a bit spread out, expensive and or weirdly shaped… not really the cinemas fault but not a selling point either, maybe Odeon should recommend a parking and make a deal price with them.
