  Although my credit card got charged for 3 tickets in 2 different transactions, I only received 2 of the tickets (from 1 transaction). I emailed them to ask for a refund for the one I didn't receive, but 11 days later, I have not even had a reply.

  I’ve been to ODEON Orpington a few times now and it’s always been a good experience. The cinema is clean, there’s a decent choice of screens and films, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The food counter is well run too, so you don’t usually have to wait long. My only gripe is the different pricing for seats – paying extra for certain seats feels a bit unnecessary. Other than that, it’s a great local cinema and I’d happily recommend it.
