My first time in an Odeon Luxe - screen 3, was very nice and comfy, I would defenitly recommend and come back myself.
We did not have time to check or get anything from the bar as went directly in for the movie.

One the nicest cinemas going but Screens are way to warm all this money you get from us and not have working air conditioning Odeon Site online can not know where you as the row in Screen 5 is wrong I book for Sit 19 and ended up being 20 and Screen 1 was way to warm plus I had to move forward as too few back plus outside screens need air conditioning

Went to watch Spiderman. Chatty teens ruined the experience. Staff were called multiple times but came all the way to the middle of the film. Teens kicked out and by then it was too late. Not enjoyable at all. If they came early to set an example things would not have gone that far.
**Review**
I’m a regular customer at this cinema and have always really liked it, especially because the recliner seats are comfortable and the cinema is generally clean.
However, I was disappointed when I tried to book again this month. In July, I paid **£16 for 1 adult and 1 child. When I tried to make a similar booking this month, the price was noticeably higher.
What I find particularly misleading is the way the current prices are displayed. The website shows a higher price crossed out and then a “discount applied” price, which makes it look like you’re getting a special saving, when in reality the discounted price is still significantly higher than what I paid for the same type of booking just last month.
I understand that cinema prices can change depending on the film, day or time, but the way the pricing is presented feels misleading and, as a regular customer, it’s quite frustrating.
I really like this cinema and would continue going, but I think the pricing and advertising should be much clearer and more transparent.
Lovely place but unfortunately the air con was on so high that by about 20 minutes into the film everyone was freezing. I left home feeling a little ridiculous for bringing a jumper and a coat, but thank god I did because I definitely wouldn’t have been able to stay for the whole film otherwise!
Please please sort this out, as I can’t imagine the people who were just wearing shorts and a t-shirt had a very pleasant time. I know it’s summer and this probably feels lovely if you’re in the screen for a short period, but it was honestly bound to give at least a couple people a cold.
