  Great cinema, seats are really nice and comfy, the usual cinema food with the expected cinema prices but there’s a nice lounge area upstairs while you wait for the movie to start, would reccomend

  Nice venue and very friendly staff, but it needs to be noted that projector for the movie we watched (Backrooms) was definitely not 100% in focus. The whole movie had a fuzzy-ness to it - everything was about 75% in focus - and my eyes were straining the whole movie as a result. When the credits came on, I realised I wasn't going crazy, as they were also very fuzzy. I would ask the staff to please double check during every screening, that their screens are in focus.

  We recently visited Odeon Luxe Holloway and wanted to leave a review for Irina, who provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. When we ordered a Tango Fruit Blast slush, the machine was unavailable at the time. As our film was about to start, Irina kindly offered to bring the drink over to us while we were seated watching the movie. True to her word, she brought it over during the film, which we really appreciated. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the experience much smoother and more enjoyable for both myself and my son. Thank you, Irina, for going above and beyond and helping make our trip to watch The Mandalorian & Grogu a really nice experience. Your professionalism, kindness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed.

  It's much luxier than I expected given the location and the staff are very courteous and helpful. The screens are all big. But last time I went the projector focus was off, and the whole film was presented in slightly-blur-o-vision, which is kind of unacceptable given modern cinema prices
