Pretty good cinema, a very large complex with about 14 screens so there's definitely a large variety of showings and not just the most mainstream movie currently out. The laser projector is quite good and screens are very large.
Recliner seats would have been nice, and it does seem to get quite warm in some of the theatre rooms.
Grim experience, I went to watch the Odyssey in one of the IMAX screens on Sunday night and honestly the place looked a tip from walking in to the actually screening room. The escalator was not working so had to use the stairs. We got to our seat and there was popcorn everywhere, almost as if it was cleaned from the previous showing. There as a fly/insect either behind the screen or flying on the projector which was quite distracting while trying to watch the film. Extremely disappointing especially as we paid £25 per ticket. Definitely not going back.

Screen 13 tonight for Camp Miasma. No air con. Two giant humming units in the corner doing pretty much nothing except noise. I asked a staff member and they were surprised. Not an issue in other screens apparently. I’m not sure, there’s another review for screen 11 showing The Odyssey from 3 weeks ago with the same issue.
The other issue is the escalator and elevators being out of action for a month. I last visited 22nd July for The Invite and it was an issue there. Not fixing in a month, can’t see an excuse for that. Renders the cinema unusable for those less able.
Love this cinema usually. Please sort out the air con or minimise capacity and warn at least. For the rest of summer I’ll go central to use my limitless.

I was here today with my husband and suffer with multiple health issues, the young man behind the food counter Jimmy b couldn't have been more accomadating. He guided me to my screen, through the front entrance, carried my food and even spoke to the young man as I left about my movie, he made my visit extremely pleasant it's rare to see young people with such positive customer service. The movie and facilities were upto par, overall a great experience. Janice
Enjoyed the film, but it was so hot in there it felt like a literal sauna. People were fanning themselves throughout the movie. They had one portable AC unit in there, but I don’t think it was vented, so the hot air was presumably just blowing back into the room. They left the door open with lights on in the hall (maybe this is standard or maybe it was due to the heat), and the light was distracting for me. FYI: this was 15 August and I was in screen 13.
Also it’s not worth paying extra for the premium seats, as I couldn’t tell the difference.
Finally, I think there should be a sign saying to stick to your assigned seats, because when we arrived people were in our assigned seats, so we sat in some other empty seats, but the people who had reserved those seats arrived 20 mins into the movie and it disturbed everyone as they asked us to move and then we had to ask the people in our seats to move.
