  The place was a bit smelly. The staff were really nice and polite. Screen 5 was too small and the AC wasn’t working there so when we told them they offered a refund or a change in the movie. Screen 1 was quite good maybe a little little bit smelly. The tickets are pricey.

  Lights during projection are way too bright, screen is a bit too small for the room size, staff is not existent (nobody checked the tickets, free entry for everybody!). Seats are comfortable and with good room, at least in the premium rows.

  An odd cinema with good price for Odeon cinemas in London. Staff are usually helpful but occasionally had problems with broken machinery etc. which is representative of the whole place - it would benefit from some renovation.
