Not good screens unless you get the rare imax or laser screens. Most regular screens use outdated old xenon bulbs which makes the movies look washed out and old. Cinemas like Vue or Cineworld have upgraded their screens to laser which is much better. But odeon still forces old non laser xenon bulbs onto customers. Odeon thinks we are all fools.

Lovely people. Clean Your seats are terrible and perpetually uncomfortable. Even the recliners. Please update them to the seats you have in bromborough, they are perfect.

Air Conditioning not working during summer, its hotter in there than it is outside. You cant concentrate on your movie + people always walk infront of the screen during the film Edit revisited and its just not a good cinema, people always walking in late and people walking in and out. I get it sometimes it can happen but this particular cinema is notorious for it, all the entrances lead to the front so every 5 minutes during your movie you will be interrupted. Its a lost cause, go to the showcase instead

I am an avid film going and I go to the Odeon quite a bit I pay for the monthly prescription so I can go regularly to all movies. the recent trend of bringing old movies out on the imax and dolby (the best screens ) an the new movies on the smallest screens has got me reconsidering my prescription as ODEON brags itself the best way to watch a movie is on the big screen and quotes " we make movies better " Yet are ok diminishing the experience of a new movie on a basic Screen just so they can bleed the cash out of a 10-year-old to 20 year old movie.
