  Odeon Lincoln treated me to a rollercoaster of emotions, most of them involving my nose. I was chuffed to discover my Veterans Card got me discounted tickets. Lovely! Then I paid £4 extra per ticket for better seats. They were comfy, but there went my discount, marching straight back out the door. The 11am showing had about ten people in it. The film, The Odyssey, was excellent. The cinema smelled of raw sewage. Im sure it was coming through the air con because the sheer strength of the pungent odour kept increasing and decreasing as if we were watching a 4d movie. When it became unbearable, I told a member of staff. He came in, agreed he could smell it and said he’d get the manager. I returned to my seat expecting someone to investigate. Instead, he came back armed with a squirty air freshener and marched up and down the aisle spraying away. Now it smelled like a portaloo someone had tried to disguise with perfume. I watched the rest of the film with my jumper over my nose because I wasn’t missing the ending. Then there was the £4.79 for a 500ml bottle of Coke from the vending machine. At that price, I expected it to come with a souvenir cup and a mortgage application. Great film. Comfortable seats. Horrendous smell. I won’t be returning. Response to owner- awesome I will look forward to the results from an extensive investigation.   Don't know how this place keeps operating to be honest, it's falling apart in so many ways. From the grime and dust covered till areas, uncleaned screens, leaky toilets to the actual screens not even having music or lights before a film and definitely no quality checks once it's running. It's just a barren wasteland of a cinema with staff stretched and being forced to perform multiple roles. Add to that the £5 screening days and you end up with a crowd full of mobile using, feet on the chair troglodytes. If you want a decent cinema experience just pay the money and go to the Everyman.

  This was my regular cinema for many years but seems to have gone downhill lately. Firstly, there are four different seat types each with their own price and, of course, the cheapest ones are right at the front, far too close to the screen. Secondly, although the film itself was good, the experience was spoilt by a loud, rumbling sound coming from the speakers that had nothing to do with what was on screen. I went and complained to a member of staff a few minutes in and was told they would investigate. However, the noise continued through the whole film. After the film, we and several others went to the front desk to ask for a refund and were told that "due to policy", they could only offer vouchers for free tickets. I've given two stars because the staff were polite and apologetic but overall, it was a very disappointing experience and doesn't make us want to return.

  Great Team that work there at Odeon Lincoln cinema and are very kind. Very helpful with retrieving my power bank back without any problems with it being lost stolen or broken . Definitely can trust the team for lost property. Thanks to the managers and the team 😁 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
