Great Team that work there at
Odeon Lincoln cinema and are very kind.
Very helpful with retrieving my power bank back without any problems with it being lost stolen or broken .
Definitely can trust the team for lost property.
Thanks to the managers and the team 😁

I recently moved from Middlesbrough to Lincoln. There are a lot of South Indians living in Lincoln, but the number of South Indian films, especially Malayalam and Tamil movies, shown here is comparatively low. Middlesbrough used to have a much better selection. It would be great if you could bring more Malayalam and Tamil films and shows to Lincoln, as I’m sure there is a good audience for them.

What an absolute rip off and dump this place is. 4 tickets for a family of 4 (including two children and the government reduced vat incentive) cost £65! Premium seats don’t even recline. It’s like bing back at a cinema in the 70’s but you pay 100 times the cost. The pricing of food is disgusting. A bottle of Oasis for £4.30 that is £1.50 in a shop is just daylight robbery. To charge so much and you have to walk through and sit in squaller is disgusting. Truly awful user experience for what it costs you. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I don't even know what to say. The only positive I have, is the film I came to see.
Me and my partner scanned our tickets with the woman at the front desk, nothing wrong there....until we went to our screen. we were failed to be told that our film was now being shown in a different room! So after disrupting people watching a different movie, we then made our way back to the front counter, where a different lady had taken over and told us of the change. we then went to the correct screen and found our seats. This was the next negative! After paying an extra £8 per seat for seats with extra legroom and extra space, I was pretty miffed that the only difference with the seats was the colour! The same lady who had notified us of the screen change, them came into the room, in which I can only presume to check that people were now being told of the screen change. I went down to speak to her and ask her if the seats that me and my partner were in were the premium ones, and she said they were. I then asked her if the premium seats were the same in all the screens (again they were). In her defence she was very polite and apologetic. I said I wasn't happy that we paid nearly £50 to see a movie with premium seating, only to realise there is nothing premium about it. She advised me that I should speak to a manger and would possibly get some compensation in the form of more cinema tickets. But after that disappointment, I'm not sure I will be returning. I can only imagine that the people who left good reviews about the spacious seating are staff members, or they were sat in the front row, where there is ample leg room. Bit of a cheek to charge an extra £8 per person to be seated the same as everyone else. Come on Odeon, stop ripping people off.
