The people was taking their mobiles out during the film, distracting other watchers with no respect. It was a feeling that the staff wasn't really care, as we should come out at least twice to complain. Also, they weren't treated all customers same fairly and we had a feeling that two of the staff personnel didn't want to listen and understand us, because we were speaking with the foreign accent. Because the other girl was treated differently. Also, I sent a complain and never received a reply! Never will be back there and do not recommend this place!
- TTT TMay 3, 20262.0I like the seats, but please sort out the appalling queuing system. You have to queue for a drink at the bar, then queue again and wait for a cup. I understand waiting for food collection but why do I have to wait for a cup? Surely the first staff member taking the order can just hand one over? Seats are comfy and the smaller screen rooms are nice, but there's not much benefit over going to Showcase - Service is quicker and more efficient there.

ALWAYS THE SAME . Pay for a film ticket and we have to wach thousands of adverts ( publicity ) rude staff and incompetent. Never trust again in to this cinema ( shame of you )
