  Went to this place to watch spiderman brand new day with my wife for our anniversary treat BIG mistake there was 2 CLOWNS at the back talking all through the film it ultra wound me up I went & seen the nice staff man working behind the counter he said sorry,but what else could he say but the small long dark haired women staff had a bad attitude with me even though I told her I'm autistic & I'm very upset telling her what happened I shouldn't have to keep repeating myself She didn't seam very intreasted & said its a open cinerma & people are aloud to talk I said what all throughout the film constantly they never shut up I waited for them to come out to say thanks for ruining my time at the cinerma but that bad attitude women staff wouldn't let me speak to those 2 CLOWNS & said we got a camera in side but she didn't say we will speak to them either I feel like I been ripped off I never go back to that cinerma again the staff could clearly see those 2 CLOWNS talking all the time during the film & did nothing like that women said we got camera's inside maybe to stop people going in to record the films & but when 2 CLOWNS none stop talking don't do a thing about it It seems to me they only intrested in taking your £££ like going inside & asking them to be quite so they dont spoil the film for others no respect ! Now I wait till it comes out on DVD & watch it at home in peace & quite on my own cinerma surround kit without constantly being disturb manythanks for such a bad experience

  I think it’s a lovely cinema with a welcoming foyer, free parking and the iSense screen is great. Some of the seats need refurbishing as the leather is ripped and the tables also have wood coming off. It is also annoying that sometimes they will play trailers and not release the film at this Leicester cinema, but I’m not sure if that’s a cinema choosing not or Odeon itself

  First time I’ve ever walked out of a movie. Waited weeks to go on a date with my husband only to end up walking out 10 minutes into the film due to being seated next to the most noisy, inconsiderate, and disgusting people! To the right of me all I could hear from the moment I sat down was lips smacking. Fair enough you want to kiss your partner but when it progressed into groping that’s when that behaviour needs addressing! Do that at home not next to me or a cinema with other people, including children!! And then next to my poor husband was a man with no sense of personal hygiene. Stank to high heaven! And brought along a shopping bag full of crisps that he proceeded to rustle continuously with no consideration for the noise he was making! Suffice to say that was more than enough to force us into leaving. We spoke to the manager who gave us vouchers for another time but I doubt we’ll be going back! I’d rather of just had a refund!

  I’ve been coming to Odeon Leicester for years and, overall, it’s always been a decent cinema. The food is good, there’s free parking for a limited time, and the cinema is generally clean and tidy. However, on my most recent visit to watch Spider-Man, I was disappointed with the condition of the recliner seating. The cinema itself is starting to feel quite dated, and unfortunately the recliners didn’t feel like they were being maintained to the standard you’d expect. The seats clearly needed a better clean. The buttons were still slightly sticky, and the tables had crumbs and dirt left behind from previous customers, which made it feel as though the cleaning had been rushed. What really stood out, though, was the condition of the seats themselves. The leather was ripped and worn, and they just didn’t feel like the comfortable, premium recliners they once were. It’s a shame because I’ve been coming here for years and have generally enjoyed the experience. With a bit more attention to cleaning, maintenance and updating the seating, I think Odeon Leicester could really improve the overall experience.

  I used to go here to watch movies and loved how comfortable it was and the prices were fair. I haven't gone back here in years until recently. Went with my husband to see a movie, paid £20 for a ticket each, this was even their 'saver', then obviously you have to grab snacks that's another £12+ or so depending on what you get but we paid £50+..... I think it's too pricey for what you get, really. The facility itself didn't look clean either when we came here, plus you have to pay for parking, which I know is out of their control but it does unfortunately dampens the experience too. Overall, it was just okay, but we probably won't be back here again in the future.
