  In its current state, this cinema is more or less defunct. At the past four screenings I have been to there have been major issues. Lights being left on during showings. Front speakers not working. Even after notifying both staff and customer service, issues have not been fixed. I have been to this cinema over 30 times this year and it's a real shame because it used to be the best around. If these issues are resolved, I'm happy to take down this review.

  A really nice place to spend time with the family. The cinema is clean and comfortable, with very nice seats and great picture and sound quality. The staff are friendly and the whole experience is enjoyable and relaxing. We always have a great time here and would definitely recommend it.

  Nice cinema experience However just think the chairs need to be more comfortable and the tables to have a make over as some are shabby as the wood has peeled off Staff are friendly though Had a mixed popcorn and didn't like it felt like it had been made hours ago So was quite stale

  We came to see a film the film was ok but the seats were dirty sticky ripped and the tables were ripped too it felt disgusting I saton my coat I cant afford to catch something we have been here in the past and it was clean tidy and actually quite lovely it didnt feel sticky or dirty etc and nothing was ripped if its damaged fix it its the look of pride if its dirty fix it clean it if rubbish is down side of seats put gloves on pull it out clean it its really isnt that difficult that tells me your staff is lazy your manager ven lazier and you area manager just doesnt care it seems no one cares here it used to be lovely place to spent a couple of hours it used to smell nice and clean not it has a musty dirty smell like something is rotting a mouldy smell please please change this it used to be the best cinema around when levels of cleanliness and appearance drops no one wants to go or they begin to loose interest when its kept nice and prices of popcorn and sweets arnt as expensive in an ordinary shop popcorn is not expensive to make.Make it infront of people its a gimmick the old way using heat from a candle and pressure in the little barrel but a bigger version and a bigger candle or burner

  Me and my partner travelled an hour to attend a viewing for spiderman in isense at 12pm. Arrived to be told the information was incorrect and spiderman is no longer on sisense or dolby and the next viewing is at 12.50pm. We showed a screenshot of the time, location, screen type, and movie advertised online. Odeon apologised but refused to do anything to try and rectify the situation. Of course any resolution is limited however we hoped that they could at least offer some form of discount or complimentary food/drink. Was simply told sorry and that we would have to pay the full £14 pp for a standard screen viewing in the 'saver seats'. We understand mistakes happen, perhaps it was a website error, however the lack of support was disappointing and prices for standard screens were absurd. Based on that alone we will not be returning.
