  Really nice cinema on screen 2. One of the best ive been to for sound and vision. Just a bit too expensive in my opinion. It was £50 For 2 tickets which I feel may put people off. But those were the best seats. You can sit closer for less. But amazing screen, sound that you can feel and nice seats. Recommend.

  Awful customer service, absolutely no respect for paying customers. We were turned away by the manager Jospeh for being only three minutes late. Though we were denied, there were others behind us who were let in. We were turned away without the manger fact checking, as he says he trusts his staff. Disgusting behaviour. 1 star.

  We booked prior to visiting on arrival to order food at the kiosks it was a mess receipts all over the floor merchandise left at the side of the kiosks on the floor a strong smell of sick in the food area, I ordered a family deal and a pint of peroni we waited for our order and they argued over who was going to pour the peroni infront of us, with the deal two medium dispensed drinks were included my husband got a lemonade which when dispensed spat orange into his cup and didn’t come out very clean from the nozzle (as if not cleaned ) and the other drink was a coke that was flat, the walkway to the screens was dirty popcorn all over the floor and the toilets don’t get me started in the female toilets I checked 6 and no toilet roll,which was hard work with a Que waiting probably all for the same reason, we was in screen 6 and upon sitting I got melted chocolate on my leggings from the seat not being cleaned prior, half way through the film I wanted another drink I went to the main desk as this is the only place you can purchase extra drinks and had to go to the main kiosks not the bar where they have tills I had to Que with other guests coming in meaning I missed approx 20 mins of my film, no option to get back any faster as my number was in a queue, the explanation from the guy serving me when I questioned it was that is just how it is get over it very bad customer service in my opinion giving that their was approx 8 staff behind this desk at this time I will not be going back to this cinema absolutely shocking

  Even though they have nice big screens they are always out of something. Last time no jalapeños this time they ran out of whole nacho meal and its only 8pm. Shocking. Made my visit unworthy.

  Premium prices, but not a premium experience because of awful customer service and unsanitary bathrooms. ODEON Luxe Leeds Thorpe Park is a very expensive cinema. £48 for two tickets. When you are paying these exorbitant prices you expect the best cinema experience. Me and my wife arrived for our showing today (24/07/26), there was only one customer infront of us trying to buy a ticket. The staff member serving him was having an issue with assigning a seat to this man. This issue went on for nearly 10 minutes until the manager arrived. Two other staff members were stood nearby throughout this time period, seemingly doing nothing. Despite the length of our wait, neither offered to serve us and no other customers arrived during this period. When the manager eventually arrived to help he took the man with the seating issue to another till. The staff member followed to the other end of the counter and left us still waiting. The manager resolved the problem with assigning a seat in a couple of minutes and started helping with refreshments for the man. Me and my wife were still waiting. A third man who had just walked up the stairs walked straight up to the counter and the staff member just served the third man, despite me and my wife still standing waiting. At this point, I said, "Excuse me, we were here first". The staff member was rude, and said, "You should have come to till." Despite us still standing clearly waiting at the till he was originally serving at. Due to this rudeness and length of time we were waiting, we decided to not bother with popcorn and just got a drink downstairs at the Costa, then went in with our pre-booked tickets. If we hadn't already paid we would have just walked out, after the rudeness. I went to the men's toilet on the way into the screen and it was actually fortunate that the incompetent, lazy and rude staff didn't serve us any food. As there was no hand soap to wash your hands with. Both soap dispensers had come off the wall and neither worked. Nobody had thought to just go buy some hand soap either. As why would a place that sells finger food need soap? The toilets were also unclean like they had been on previous visits to the cinema and one of the stalls didn't even have toilet paper. Finally the sound mixing on the film was also an issue in our showing. It made the dialogue difficult to hear in a lot of scenes, even in scenes with no music. It wasn't a problem with the volume, as the action scenes were deafening. This is potentially not this specific cinema's fault though, might just be the director. However, you don't expect to need subtitles to understand dialogue when you are paying £48 at a luxury cinema.
