  Took my money! No confirmation email or booking showing on the site, after an hour trying to get through to a human have been told to wait upto 7 days for a refund and to rebook (seats have now gone)... wont be going odeon again as i dont trust their system to book again might take more money from me. Discusting company!!

  Clean & tidy. Wide range of refreshments if overpriced. Trailer focus was off but film was good. Sound quality was good. Staff slow to address customers recording the film on mobile phones.

  Had a problem with the centre speakers bass, I think the speakers were blown, I did let staff know on exit. We are used to our local Luxe Odeon and their recling seats whereas this cinema didn’t have them so missed them also missed the tables to put nachos on.

  It was my first visit and I had such an awful experience. I went to watch mortal kombat in screen 9 at 8:45pm. The screen was tiny and hard to see from the back especially when the screen goes dark you have to squint to see whats going on. It didnt even extend to the end of the room. The volume in the screen is so silent even someone’s sneeze was louder than the movie. None of the speakers on the right side of the room were working at all so all of the volume only seemed to be going in my left ear. I couldnt eat my popcorn and watch at the same time as I was struggling to hear what the movie was saying. Moving onto the food the popcorn didnt have much flavour. We got the mixed popcorn and couldnt even taste the salt in the popcorn it had a slight butter taste thats all and the sweet popcorn was ever so slightly flavoured. The nachos were decent but the jalapenos had not much spice/taste to it. It was a waste of money spent on this experience as I didnt even enjoy my food or the movie properly because of the above situation. To make it even worse the chairs were uncomfortable. The ladies toilets were dirty and most of them were missing toilet roll. It would be better with a bigger car park but just from this experience I am put off from visiting again.
