  PREDATORY PARKING CHARGES IN PLACE!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID For having the gall to use the cinema to watch a movie, I have been hit with an £85 parking charge. Signage isn't clear and there is no effort at all made inside the odeon to warn you of these predatory parking charges. Avoid at all cost.

  Keep cancelling different showings in the past few weeks they cancel it the day off due to stupid reasons- whilst other cinemas are showing the movie. Ridiculous unprofessional don’t allow booking if you have a BBCF rating- clarify that before hand don’t make it an issue for customers refund me the money but not refunding the inconvenience caused and time wasted and effort??!!!!

  Such a horrible experience with this cinema. Literally went to watch the new spiderman movie which is nearly 3 hours long plus ads. I park up IN the car park In FRONT OF THE CINEMA and apparently I got a £52 fine for parking there because I exceeded limit of 2 hours????? I tried contacting the cinema… no answer, I tried emailing… no answer. So now I thought I’d write a review for you guys to make sure never to go here because it’s honestly the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Regarding the parking as well there was no signs anywhere that there’s a limit anywhere!!!!!

  The cinema is very good, it has a lot parking and it a breeze to get to your screen. You should remember though that its concept is really based around you having an electronic ticket and you get in with little interaction with people. You can buy tickets at the machine, but you will pay more. The seating is very good and the sound is excellent. It is one of my favourite places to go watch a movie.

  Nice cinema booked to watch the new Spider-Man but had the worst experience ever went to screen 5 right on the back corner on top of the stairs as I booked it for the reason it has recliner seats so paid £12 extra then what other cinemas charge cos of the luxury but the recliners won’t even working I told a member of staff but nothing was done cos that was the last showing and was full should have got full refund but nothing, even emailed as a complaint but never had a response definitely won’t go there again
