This place was great when it got its refurb. WAS. Now, every time I go, there's always an issue. Whether it's projector issues, air conditioning always too high or "not working", rude guests who are never addressed by staff, etc.
I went to watch Scary Movie recently and, granted, it was during the heatwave, but I could have sworn the room was twice as hot as it was outside. I've never dripped sweat from my forehead in a cinema before.
The management clearly don't know how to maintain a good cinema. Upper management need to take a hold, because I will certainly be seeking better experiences at other establishments from now on. And imagine others will, too.
Great nachos and salsa though! 👌

This is my go too cinema came in a week ago to watch the last episodes of digital circus. It's sad to see how quiet the place is now it used to be so lively when I was a kid. The staff are great and very helpful though!

After spending over £50 on tickets and snacks, you would expect to be able to hear and enjoy the film.
Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by multiple groups of boys who were sitting in seats that had already been booked, talking, laughing, shouting, vaping, and playing inappropriate sounds from their phones throughout the movie. They were also running up and down the screen with their phone torches on, constantly moving between groups and causing so much disruption that it was difficult to hear or concentrate on the film for the majority of it.
I complained to staff with almost an hour of the movie still remaining and was told security would be called, but nobody followed up or came in to check. The disruption only got worse as the film went on.
Overall, it was a huge disappointment, especially given how much money we had spent, genuinely leaving the film considering having to watch it again- thats how much we missed.

Been to this cinema numerous times and never had a bad word to say. On my last visit we arrived 10 minutes early to purchase food and left straight after the film finished. A week later received a parking fine of £51 for overstaying maximum time limit. Will not be going here again if you are not willing to provide free parking for the length of the film.

We went to watch The Devil Wears Prada 2 here, and overall was a nice experience. The seats were clean, and the downstairs area was large, enough to accommodate the very busy times, however for value for money, the Vue was better. The seats here didn't recline as well as Vue and unfortunately didn't feel as wide.
