  The parking outside is a total scam, the system is not made clear at all; you have to validate your cars reg on tiny screens inside the cinema to avoid a fine, trip advisor comments speak volumes. Watch yourself if you drive here. Cinema was fine though seats not well cleaned when we arrived. Update: Talk is cheap and your reply is hollow, maybe actual do something about it rather than give a copy and paste answer, is not a new problem based on your reviews. Maybe your staff could mention it when validating tickets? Probably get a slice on the fines from Horizon and have no interest in changing.

  A good place to watch movies with friends families. There are also eating places around too.

  Beware guys even if you will be watching movie you will still get parking fine, I have just got one & even appeal got declined. Never going back there again.

  Will never go to this cinema again was very expensive and I received a parking fine from Horizon parking...never had to pay for parking at a cinema before!!!. absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!

  Wouldn't recommend coming here, go to Kirkstall Vue instead which is much better. Tried to order popcorn, the teenage boy ignored me. When I finally asked to order some, he said 'you have to do it through the screens' - why have you watched me stand here for 2 minutes then? When I did order popcorn, it took ages because the screen hardly worked and the OS was laggy. Would have taken 10 seconds just to order in person, why do I have to order it through a machine when there's 3 staff members stood round doing nothing behind the counter? Fair enough for busy times but there was no one there. Whilst watching the film, the projector must have been faulty because the screen kept dimming and going darker then lighter. The main room lights turned on half an hour before the film ended. The sound was also extremely loud, which made it really unpleasant and uncomfortable. It's hard to enjoy the film when you come out with ears ringing. I mentioned the screen dimming to the manager who seemed suspicious and must have thought we were trying to get free tickets (we weren't) and got quite strange with us. To add to the experience: - front doors are filthy and need cleaning - 2 different toilets I used didn't flush - really hard to find the iPad to register my parking, I had to ask 2 different staff members where to find it as there was no signage whatsoever, just a tiny iPad on a wall upstairs These details matter, especially when paying £18 per ticket. It is too expensive to justify such a poor experience. All round just a bizarre experience, I won't be back again.
