Although the team here is fantastic and extremely helpful, my visit to the Odeon Preston Docks was very disappointing. The building is outdated, dirty, and badly needs a full refurbishment, which feels especially unreasonable given the high prices and the rude, disruptive behavior from other moviegoers."

Terrible experience, First the movie had half the screen cut off, then they turned the 3d off. Then restarted the movie, got a refund and over a week later still haven't recieved it when i was told 3-5 business days, honestly the worst cinema experience iv ever had and iv been to alot of cinema's, spend your money at vue instead. And odeon still owes me £20 not including travel. Avoid this cinema

Meow went to watch Harry potter, there was plenty of parking and getting to the screen was quick. However the room smelt like it was not cleaned in some time and the screen resolution looked off. The experience was okey.

It’s seems like a dated cinema. Bought some “premium” seats and was uncomfortable for the whole showing. They’re low level compared to the screen so you’re looking up mostly. The floor is on a slight angle so you feel like you’re slipping downwards and have to prop yourself up. Went to watch The Odyssey and the projector didn’t seem like it was up to the standard of the film. And the sound from the neighbouring screen! It was so loud you could hear the base of the music throughout the film, sounded like there was a club next door, it was really annoying and ruined the atmosphere.
