  £24 for old soft popcorn, a coke that was 99% water and the film had sound issues so there was no bass at all. Seats are old basic flip seats all on same level so viewing is poor. Screen looks tiny and picture brightness wasn’t right so some darker parts of the film you could hardly seen anything. Rather watch at home on my phone.

  Staff need to do regular checks during showings especially indian films. Too many people on phones or chatting during the film which is a joke. This is a regular problem yet Preston odeon staff are not doing their bit to address this.

  Staff is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers! Especially the guy who wears glasses he needs to learn how to talk to people . The cinema is crammed and seats are uncomfortable and cherry on the top is this rude guy who will ruin the whole experience

  Went to this branch for the first time. Staff was amazing and friendly , place generally looked clean and decent but the biggest downside that ruined my whole experience was the seating (screen 8), it gave me a really bad Lower back pain, neck pain and seating was too low. If management is reading this, please do something to change this! Until this is fixed, I have no plan to return to this cinema as it ruined my health. I would be sticking to Arc or Vue in Preston.

  Got a real sense of foreboding as soon as we arrived and looked at the exterior, paintwork peeling off, weeds growing. The lobby area wasn't bad but weren't exactly great either. We were in screen one, when we took our seats they were creaky and uncomfortable, no elevation as the rows progressed is bizarre, the screen itself looked absolutely tiny, sound system sounded like it was coming from a living room television. To be honest, it felt like I'd just gone back 15-25 years in time, to a point where I was expecting to see Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man when the film started. ODEON has a long way to go if it wants to compete with rival cinemas in Preston. Left 10 minutes into the film, shall not be returning.
