  Drinks machine out of order now for over 3 weeks. Purchased our popcorn and drinks at same as getting our tickets on the app. Only to then be told the drinks machine is out of order and we can only have a slushy. The Slushy drinks are smaller than what we paid for but, just agreed to it since we had already been waiting over 10 mins to be served since they only ever have one person serving food snd selling tickets. What they did not tell us was that we would be charged extra for the slushy drinks, due to their equipment failure. Only noticed when we got home, spoke to Odeon HO, they said we should not have been charged extra and provided a refund. Went today and they are doing the same again, except this time I asked why I was being charged extra. They got a mgr to come sort it out. If they have been doing this everyday for the last few weeks without telling customers how much extra money have they made due to the drinks machine being out of order.

  Loved the IMAX experience! We watched the new Mario movie at the IMAX screen here and it was fabulous. Great snacks, reclining chairs, amazing sound and visuals. My little one is already excited about their next cinema experience here.

  I visited Odeon Chatham to watch a film and honestly had a very disappointing experience. I ordered nachos, but the staff did not even call out when my food was ready. I was left waiting for around 5 minutes before I had to go and ask a staff member myself. As usual, there was no smile, no friendliness, and no basic customer service. It felt like they did not want to be there at all. I even smiled first and got nothing back. When we went into Screen 9, it was shocking. It was one of the dirtiest screens I have seen. There were also lots of mosquito bites on my legs afterwards, which made the whole experience even worse. On top of that, the seat numbers were not clearly visible, and it was not just me struggling — other people were having the same issue. The nacho portions have clearly gone downhill as well. The dips and toppings used to be filled properly, but now they are only half full, while the prices have gone up. The whole place smelled unpleasant, and it is no surprise the cinema was almost completely empty. Even when our tickets were scanned, the attitude from staff was poor again — no smile, no welcome, nothing. Overall, I left feeling really frustrated. Odeon Chatham seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, food value, and most importantly, staff attitude.
