It’s ridiculous a building that size in 2026 doesn’t have air con. Also they charge you extra depending on if you select a popular seat only to arrive and see ripped seats with very worn and uneven cushioning and very uncomfortable seats. Also how can you charge £7 for a slush puppy and you have to make it yourself? Complete joke. It’s just greediness. Such a shame as I really enjoyed the cinema but we will be travelling further afield next time as oden maidstone is not worth the time or money. Do better Odeon!
