A wonderful experience at ODEON Hatfield!
We came to ODEON Hatfield today to watch All the Same and had such a lovely experience. We met Dimitri, one of the assistants, who was incredibly kind, helpful and patient. He helped us book our tickets and get all our popcorn, and when there was a small technical issue with my ticket, he sorted it out calmly and patiently, making us feel very welcome.
A big thank you to Dimitri and all his colleagues at ODEON Hatfield for their friendliness and excellent customer service. It really made our visit special.

Went to see the odyssey, great cinema, very clean and comfortable. I also left a very important personal item behind on accident, the staff at Odeon ensured it was kept safe and returned to me whilst making sure I was in fact the owner.

I visited today for my sisters birthday to watch Minions and Monsters. The man who served us on the tills was so lovely and noticed my sisters birthday badge. As we left the screen, he was waiting to hand my sister a bag of M&Ms, as a birthday treat. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture and she hasn’t stopped talking about it since. It really made her day. I’d loved to have thanked him personally but we didn’t catch his name unfortunately.

Took my 2yr old son here today for his first cinema experience, staff are really lovely, James saw me struggling carrying snacks and a booster seat and jumped in to help, he also helped us find our seats and whilst talking to us asked if my son likes popcorn, which he hadn’t tried yet! Next thing he’s back with some popcorn for us!
We went to screen 5, the seats were comfortable and the cinema was clean
Will absolutely be back thank you for such a lovely experience!
