  I was in screen 5 downstairs which has no direct access to the toilets and food and drink which are on the top floor many stairs, or a lift ride up. There was not much slope on the floor, so view of the screen could potentially be hindered by someone tall. Price was good, £5 for a Saturday matinee. I'm not sure if it was cheap because screen 5 is not situated with 1-4 or if it was a mistake?

  The staff at Andover Odeon are absolutely brilliant. Very knowledgeable about films and friendly. The seats can be a little hard so you may want to take a cushion but staff definitely tip top.

  Went to see the Iron Maiden documentary and very disappointed in the amount of wrappers and rubbish in the screen, saw no staff popping in to check the screen and there was no loo roll in the ladies. For the amount of staff who were stood around I would have thought one of them would be involved in cleaning and replenishing. Shame, I'd suggest driving further to a different cinema.

  Never walked out of a cinema so quickly in my life. We have recently moved to the area, this was the closest cinema, found it strange to take a lift up to the main area where the kiosk is. Screen to order food is slow and glitchy. Toilets were located. Only to be told our screen was No.5 and it was back downstairs by the front door with no one manning it. Down stairs has no toilets, so if you need to go then you have to travel back up. We sat down and the room smelt musky. The seats are all on the same level. The screen was absolutely tiny. As soon as the ads started, that was it. We walked out. This screen was a joke! It’s almost as though it’s an old stock room! We swiftly left with our very stale and dry popcorn and watered down drinks back to the car. Terrible!

  Very friendly n polite staff, comfortable n clean seats, variety of snacks,clean toilets and most importantly we found yoshi popcorn buckets..🙏🫶🥰
