  Went to watch spider man on 15/08/2026 at 20:15. We waited 5 minutes for the lift as I’m 6 months pregnant with back pain I can’t walk all the way up the stairs. We got into screen 2 at 20:10 and we bought a large ice blast and some nachos before. We then sat through 45 minutes of ads which is just unheard of when going to see a film. We finished our drink at 21:30 and even though there were films that started within half an hour of this, they don’t serve anything after 21:00 they told us. Which is just crazy how are you meant to sit through a 2 and a half hour film and 45 minutes of ads with one drink the whole time! Staff should have warned us that we couldn’t get anything else, toilets were disgusting, cinema is outdated. Not a great experience, won’t be going to the odeon again.

  Reasonable seats, good leg room in the cinema, which to me is important when watching a 2 hour plus long film. Plenty of parking space in front of the cinema and not too expensive. The sound system not the best, but good enough to enjoy the action on the film

  Very nice place, feels like a family run business, the staff are very friendly and polite, goid seats and view of screen...the only thing I would wish to have here...chicken strips...I was hoping all Odeon cinemas are having the same menu...but not this one.. please start having chicken strips please 🙏🙏🙏 Otherwise would give 5 stars

  Screen 5 is not monitored regularly enough. My family, other families and genuine customers had to endure 5 GROWN men behaving worse than small children through the entire film. No-one was prepared to confront them/alert staff upstairs because why would we put our families in potential danger? These people sat at the back shouting over the film, kicking cans about, they didn't appear to be even watching the film. Their goal appeared to be to get a rise out of someone, it was father's day! What dad's/decent people are looking for confrontation on a family day? Staff came in 1 time but 2 of them had gone to the toilet/to buy more drink and the rest had stopped shouting for the short time the staff member was there. Yes, the tickets were saver rate but it was a wasted £20 for my family as we barely followed the plot. Will not book here again in the near future, definitely not screen 5 viewings.
