  Always good to watch new releases here. However sometmes other viewers can ruin the experience for others and staff should be able to monitor/control this better.

  Came here to watch the new Backrooms movie. Entrance foyer is big and spacious with plenty of food and drink options, ticket self serve screens are a nice touch. Staff members we interacted with were freindly and prompt and directed us to our screen. The screen themselves had lovely reclining chairs which felt very luxurious and the screen was alright although not the best I've ever seen. My only niggle would be for a bit better signage as to where things are such as where to go if you booked online or where the nearest bathrooms are from inside the screen rooms. Great stuff, movie was good too.

  I like the Odeon because it has a good range of films and a wee cafe attached to it. Staff are very helpful and friendly. It is close to public transport stops and to the city centre and has excellent parking. There is a very good range of eating facilities in the Quay complex in which it is situated. More negatively, some of the reclining seats when I was there were making very loud and hideous sounds when the recline buttons were being used. This was massively annoying and distracting when people were operating the recline when e.g., going to the toilet in the middle of the film. My own seat was very lopsided - much lower on the right hand side than the left - which left me feeling very uncomfortable throughout the film. So a little more care and attention to the maintenance of seating would be better. Finally, it is too expensive. I was shocked when a single seat cost £16 and that was exacerbated when the actual seat proved so problematic. Despite this, my overall view is that it is, a very good venue and very much worth a visit

  Great time seeing digital circus :the last act ! Katie served us and was fantastic remembering exactly how we took our drinks and was always 1 step ahead absolutely fantastic service that should be commended! Need more customer service team like her !
