Absolutely love this place. The whole place is an experience itself. There's always one though, one member of staff was particularly rude when my husband tried the toilet door he was told "the door isn't locking, that why I'm standing here" very abruptly, she didn't offer this information before he tried the door, either way there was no need for the rude tone.

The King's Theatre is one of most beautiful historic playhouses in Glasgow. It was designed by Frank Matcham and opened in 1904. It has four levels (Stalls, Grand Circle, Upper Circle, and Gallery). It hosts major West End touring musicals, stand-up comedy, dramas, dance, and Glasgow's legendary annual Christmas pantomime. The physical box office is cashless it opens 90 minutes before each performance for ticket collection. Public areas and bars open 90 minutes before each performance as well. Bars serve drinks and snacks from 1 hour before the performance and during intervals. There is no cloakroom. They're two car parks nearby: Charing Cross Car Park situated a 2-3 minute walk directly behind the theatre. Q-Park Sauchiehall Street:l. An 8-minute walk away. Ticket holders can secure a 15% discount by pre-booking online through the Q-Park ATG Partner Page. P.S. I try to share specific information. If the review was useful, put 👍. I don't get any "goodies", but other tourists will see this review first. Have a good mood and exciting travels!🌍☀️🪂
